  1. Nothing Else Matters - Metallica.
  2. This has been a wacky winter around my area. More snow than usual, but plenty of sleet, rain, and even 60 degree temperatures at one point.
  3. There shouldn't be any reason I am not able to go down this time, so you can prematurely count me in.
  4. Who Wants To Live Forever - Queen
  5. Amen.
  6. Good luck, OC. You, too, YJ. Not to turn this thread onto myself any... I've sort of given up on the idea of posting personal stuff because of backlash, but I've been happily (and sometimes annoyingly) in a relationship for... Damn, 5 or 6 weeks now. Started off great, but hit a really rough patch induced by his overly controlling mother and his inability to think before he acts at times. I haven't seen him since we started dating because of this. It's hard, but we're working through it slowly. Hopefully we'll be able to see each other again soon enough. He just needs to keep being nice to his mom and not saying or doing anything stupid. It may go either way... I don't have the highest of hopes for him.
  7. My cousin's Tiburon would probably fit in this thread quite nicely. And this beauty I came across one time...
  8. I agree. Having my modem die on me for the past three days, I was going crazy not being able to post. It really is an addiction. I always like to think I've made many great friends here. Most of you are the only straight guys in my life. What would I ever do without you all? Nobody would be able to find it, let alone want to visit it. I do have 50 acres including two ponds that would be perfect for a big get together as long as no one gets stuck in the field. It could work. I thought you joined in early '03. Who knows what I'd be driving then, but it probably won't be GM and certainly not the Cutlass.
  9. Now, now.. there was some good stuff, as Croc and Moltar mentioned. I guess it depends on what you're exposed to. Every decade has awful music. Oh, and to contribute... I'd say the lovely Plymouth Turismo and it's Dodge/Chrysler counterparts. I was reminded of these because I actually say one for sale, a TC3. Total mind trip. I hadn't seen one of those... well.. probably since my Mom had one back when I was a toddler.
  10. Happy belated birthday (thanks to my retarded modem).
  11. Yeah, I seen those and I've added another vehicle to my list of vehicles I refuse to ride in.
  12. I'd have to agree with Drew's sentiments. Personally, I'd get the RX8 or 1-Series, but the Accord Coupe or Mustang conv. would both suit a lovely mother just fine.
  13. *cough* AztekDiamanteFivehundred *cough*
  14. Of course. There's no other one worth getting.
  15. I Do have a teeny tiny soft spot for those.
  16. They produced 27,678. Totally alot, as you guessed.
  17. Well that sucks... It's sold already. I didn't even have a chance.
  18. I take other's poking and prodding quite well, too.
  19. Well, they make this seem like an easy choice. Charger, what?
  20. Oh... My... God... *in lust* I f@#king want this car, badly. For the condition that it's in, how it looks, what it has and for only $3200?!?! I must buy it. Clicky.
  21. Raw squid?
  22. You sound particularly gay.
  23. And my mom survived wrecking her Blazer, doesn't make it any safer. The IIHS performs the front offset tests at 40 mph.
  24. Camino, I'm sure you don't live your life by choosing the "safe" route all the time. Besides, choosing to drive any car is not a "safe" choice. You are much less likely to experience an accident in a place, train, bus, or taxi than in a car driven by yourself. Like Croc said, any car would not fare too well in certain conditions. .
  25. Well, you could try not looking through the lenses of GM, either. There's alot more to factor here than "more car for the money". If it's a heap of steel and plastic like much of what GM was building back then, who cares? Much the same applies today, except GM's building vehicles on par to Honda, or at the least, close to it. But using your argument... The Ford Crown Victoria offers alot more car than a Malibu. Should we all go out and buy one? Does that make it a better car?
