I agree with those who say CARB should just be adopted nation-wide. Per this thread, there are some people who need to crawl back under the rocks they reside under, or atleast wherever they've been for most of the Bush administration to actually agree his policies. Its still snowing and we now have atleast a foot and a half on the ground. With snow drifts, the snow is three feet in spots, such as where I took those pics last night.

I love the current Legacy. It's probably the best engineered midsizer currently available and certainly one of the best styled ones. Now, with that said, this 'concept' is a major step back, looks wise.
