  1. I would dispute the 'value' of a base 300 against its own sister Charger Clicky. Quality? Please show me something attesting to that because I can't recall anything remarking its quality yet - not disputing it, just haven't heard about it yet. Maybe we're looking with two different pairs of eyes, but when I see the 300, I don't see a real outstanding design. Too blocky and focused too much on the grille alone. The rear and the front don't seem to come from the same automobile. The interior? Well, it leaves alot to be desired in design, quality, and materials, even when compared to the 300M. Not to mention alot of the little details, like hood props on some trims, something IMO unacceptable in its price class.
  2. Good line from Quiz Show. "If America owned a car, it would be the 300." Too bad today's 300 isn't half the beauty or class the 300s of yore were...
  3. The Ford Nucleon was also an atomic-powered concept. Not really, but it was setup to do such a thing.
  4. Yes, let's get off this pointless, circular political argument. Merry Christmas!
  5. Not jumbled, per se, merely skipped. The Chrysler 300 and Imperial Page 1955 C-300 1956 300B 1957 300C 1958 300D 1959 300E 1960 300F 1961 300G 1962 300H 1963 300J 1964 300K 1965 300L 1999 300M 2004 300C They skipped the 'I' designation for whatever reason, but preserved the order. Unless this establishes precedent for skipping twelve or so letters...
  6. My '96 Aurora has a Concert II Sound System from a Regal.
  7. Nothing is worse than the Ford Ranger Splash.
  8. What he said.
  9. That's my thinking - that Buick saw very little of the $3 billion due to pressing financial concerns.
  10. First, you were wrong about your description of the cars. Second, Communist ideology doesn't beget poor design; poor design begets poor design. I've seen cars styled just as bad or worse from free nations. Third, I never mentioned anything about the quality or styling. Fourth, means what exactly? That the USSR did not dissolve some decade-and-a-half ago? That Russia = Communism and that's it? Period? That's a pretty 5th grade worldview of things if its what you truly mean. I don't know, hence my comment.
  11. Wow, that almost has something to do with the post. Congrats. And its not really a 'random mix;' these are all Lada products, a mixture of Samaras, 110s, 105s, Kalinas, and Niva SUVs. And actually, the modified ones are rally cars or factory conversions.
  12. Exactly. Just like how they shuttle people when that park in Chicago was closed, get a nice fleet of XLRs, Solstices, new Tahoes, and the like.
  13. Still waiting for the AMG Unimog.

  15. So...now you hate a simplistic, elegant car because it has a thin B-pillar? How lame.
  16. Bye-bye thread. You started off nice, but, man, what happened? Razor, lesson for the future: let things go.
  17. Yeah. Filters are fun. I filtered C-i-m-a-r-r-o-n to valiant attempt at an entry-level luxury car because I was sick of hearing references to it all the time awhile ago, especially by a few people. Anyway, the filters are gone now. I miss the meathead one, though. Swear away.
  18. I see they're adopting the McBenz way of styling - small, medium, and large.
  19. Chisel that up a bit, ditch the thrift store plastic, and trim the Andy Rooney eyelashes, and that will be something I wouldn't buy in a million years, meaning someone certainly will. Moreso than the whatever you mentioned Nissan intends to sell here.
  20. You set up a month-long biweekly evening course and have full participation from 100% of the members instilling what you said above, then we can remove that rule.
  21. You transplant that Quest-style interior into somthing smaller, cheaper, and hipper along the lines of a Mazda5 and you would've probably seen a very different reaction to it in the marketplace. Minivans are largely dowdy and value function and ease of use over any style. From the pictures and sitting in a few, the Quest doesn't seem to be that user-friendly, especially the garbage can center stack. That and poor quality, IMO, hurt it more than its outside looks.
  22. Are you implying that Razor is sexy? In all seriousness, yes, no politics. Again... No politics Return to America vs. America Jr.
  23. Disgusting.
  24. Wait. Did Ocn just say he shaves his junk with Razoredge?
