  1. I can go to PepBoys, too.
  2. BONUS!! INSIDE LINE READER, CLICK THROUGH ALL THE POPUPS AND YOU GET TO SEE THE WHOLE STORY AND GET IT PODCAST, TOO! SOLSTICE OWNERS, SHOW OFF YOUR SOLSTICE ON CARSPACE, AN EDMUNDS FIRST. CARDOMAIN IS A FIGMENT OF YOUR IMAGINATION.
  3. Its not as easy to do this with a Malibu. I suspect its too round. Seriously, sounds like something worth considering.
  4. What a pile of crap.
  5. I wouldn't buy a Camry simply on the basis that a car that large with that large of an ass should not have a trunk that small.
  6. The interior simply looks functions poorly. I don't care how low-gloss everything else, the technicolor dreamcoat of color schemes is very irritating and cheap and the ergos suck in traditional Korean fashion. To me, this isn't as much about how great the Azera is (its okay), but how lousy the 2006 Avalon is. Of course, we generally knew that.
  7. Thank you, Camino. If someone wishes to speculate in a civil and congenial manner, let them. If they're wrong, time will prove them wrong. Thanks, guys.
  8. So guys...let's not.
  9. Isn't that the Suzuki-built Chevy-badged Tracker?
  10. And all that has absolutely nothing to do with anything! You could say, "Okay, I'm wrong about that fact. I just don't like the car." But you don't. You insist there's some sort of logic to your dislike. Guess what - its a preference, so there doesn't need to be logic! Making up facts that take about sixteen seconds to disqualify doesn't reinforce your opinions and make them fact. This is the best argument ever because I've never seen anyone go so far away from the beginning to try to prove the beginning point correct. Seriously, whenever I read this, I need to have GoogleMaps on a second browser so I can find out where the hell you're going.
  11. His major complaints (fuel consumption and girth) are traits common to all large SUVs. That's about it. They get some facts wrong (6sp availability), but its the Lienarts, so this is actually shocking good for them.
  12. You remarked that Audi had "no" history analogous to spinoff brands dating back no more than twenty years. This is clearly a false statement. I'm not referring to reputation (which is hardly as poor as you falsely claim, 60 minutes smeer campaign notwithstanding) and your assumptions regarding the education of their owners. And as others will quickly point out, Audi's history is relevant today in their AWD Quattro cars. Heard of Pike's Peak?
  13. Yeah, I looked on CarsDirect, too. I saw something that alluded to mirrors, namely that the SL didn't have a passenger-side mirror. Tell me this isn't it.
  14. SL1 has wheels. No, uh, SL had 2-speakers SL1 had 4?
  15. Anyone out there working on a chop but needs a bit more time?
  16. No way. Centuries and Regals had quite spacious rear quarters and - of course - a more formal roofline by comparison. I still like the GP interior, especially for its driver-oriented stack.
  17. Looks like something off an older Custom Cruiser or any Olds with an ornament, probably 1970s.
  18. Uh. The '91 LeSabre was the last year of the blocky design. '92 was the first of the new rounded H-body, which kept its looks until 1997...
  19. Bricklin's an idiot.
  20. I've seen two not on the lots.
  21. 1 - Mitsubishi Galant HFRE (Home Faux Ralliart Edition ) 2 - Chevrolet/GMC Suburban 3 - Nissan 240SX 4 - Mazda MX-5 5 - DeTomaso Pantera 6 - Ford Probe 7 - ? 8 - VW Scirroco 9 - Honda CR-V 10 - Dodge Shadow 11 - ? 11 -
  22. Dear parents, Watch your f@#king kids. Signed, Everyone else
  23. Well, if automakers read THIS forum, whoever penned the Kia Amanti is either royally pissed or shot themselves out of depression.
  24. Every NASCAR entrant does the same thing.
  25. Regarding the numbers, they're all generally inaccurate, but as long as everyone is using the same standard, you have no one to blame but the EPA.
