  1. Instead of John Rambo, Frankie Sparkles. "God didn't make Frankie Sparkles, I made him!" "This mission is over, Frankie Sparkles. Do you understand me? This mission is over!"

  3. In addition, the colors are boring and ugly. Six shades of tan, seven shades of gray, and ubiquitous City Fleet white. Silver looks good on certain vehicles. Silver, however, is the new white - boring, bland, tasteless, anonymous. What happened to green? Non-blinding red? Firemist gold? Black looks most any car look good, but its a pain to keep it looking nice.
  4. A Company of Idiots? I agree! :rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:
  5. Good thing we don't want to build refinaries, right guys? No more nuclear plants, no more drilling, no more anything. We need more subdivisions, though.
  6. Shades of... In all seriousness, let's use the PM function, folks...okay?
  7. Yaris hatchback. There is no uglier car for sale today. Seriously. I'd be embarassed to be near one
  8. In which case, I'm going to refer back to the original 1990 Cadillac Aurora concept - which bore some of the general interior and exterior styling of the Aurora - as well as the 1992 Anthem, which matured the Aurora design further.
  9. Son of a bitch. Remember when Bimmer joked about that? Yeah. Asshole. If it happens, I'm killing you. And the Prius driver.
  10. It was moonshine, wasn't it?
  11. You know, that's fine with me because the Sable was designed after the Aurora. You and Sixty8 not knowing Ford rollout years On a serious note, I am anxious to see this car in real life because some photos make it look absolutely horrible (that early ad copy, this one to an extent) and some make it look gorgeous (latest ad copy, some GM shots). I think its that awful oatmeal gray and those flat, heavy, ugly rims GM is so fond of lately.
  12. I would like to remind everyone of several significant EV1 variations. There was a gas turbine hybrid that had a range of 390 miles and a 0-60 time of 9 seconds and ran on virtually anything burnable. Also, there was a parallel hybrid which feautred a 1.3l Isuzu turbodiesel, had a range of 550 miles, ran from 0-60 in seven seconds, and was technically all-wheel drive (AC and Diesel driving the rear axle, DC motor driving the front). Combined, that's 219hp. The Prius is a castrated and empty excuse for a 'green' vehicle by comparison. 38mpg in a slow, cheaply-made embarrasingly ugly hatchback versus the equivalent of 80+mpg in a svelte and sleek rechargable car from tomorrow. Damn GM for letting go...
  13. But back here in reality, he was being sarcastic.

    terraza,

Short- and Regular-wheelbase Montana SV6s still exist in the Canadian Pontiac lineup for 2007.
  15. Also, I hate to do this, but from that angle in that color...
  16. Its not dumb "martketing;" its a press release. Jesus Christ...
  17. Heavy, thick-spoke wheels need to leave forever.

  19. For the low end of the price, you really don't get much of a car, though, in terms of features. If I must drive a compact car for economy/budget reasons, I would definitely choose one with more features to play with.
  20. Not even. AMC w/student IDs. The most I've ever paid for one movie ticket was $7.50 for a premiere. There use to be a $1 movie theatre that showed several month-old movies, but they shut down. A shame.
  21. Its okay, because you're giving him more electricity. P.S. Will Prius drivers stop going 55mph on the interstate because they can't get more than 40mpg driving like a normal person?
  22. Haven't seen it, but will. Went with my girlfriend to finally see Pirates of the Carribbean last night. And $10 for a ticket? You guys are nuts. We pay $10 for both of us...
  23. I feel a larger problem with Chrysler is Chrysler's relationship with itself. Why is the so-called 'premium' division marketing the most decontented model of the LX sedan? Why does Dodge have a version of that LX sedan that both costs less yet offers more real content than the Chrysler? Why does Chrysler need a version of a poor-quality, poorly-selling Dodge SUV? Why will the once tightly-focused Jeep divison soon host a bloated lineup of six sport utilities, all with four doors, with three of them being repetitious of existing Jeep models, all six requiring the need to justify their own 'identity'? Even today, Chrysler has no strong product line. It has a few successes scattershot across the chart. What makes the Aspen a Chrysler, an obnoxious grille? What makes the Compass a Jeep, the poorly-grafted slats?
  24. Vote now or forever hold your peace...voting will lock tonight at 11:59.
  25. Too much plastic on the outside, but I like it.
