  1. 68 are you sure the Jack Russell did not pee in the carriage after seeing the B-59 and wanted to get out?
  2. Man at Arms I used to love watching He-Man.

    ouch

Mr. Schramer, I hope this helps. I paid $1152.34 at 114777.8 miles on my 3100, 1998 Lumina on January 14, 2005. That also included replacing the belt, coolant tank, and coolant pipes and an "Oil Change", which was like DUH.
  4. You will be surprised. There are cases where WC carrier was shown by the contractor at the time of starting the job, but later when an accident took place, the poor worker was not given any benefit, because the contractor he worked for "stopped" carrying WC.
  5. Good Luck Mr. Camino. You will find a suitable groom for this bride, to take her on a ride.
  6. Not trying to take the credit away from TL-S which I think is a good FWD car. Willow Springs is a natural circuit for FWD cars because of its fast apexes. It suits more oversteering cars (AKA FWD). You can hence see about a 2-sec lap timing distance. The second thing which strikes me is Infiniti G-35 is not as fast as its HP ratings suggest. Despite having a 20hp difference, TL-S is faster in 0-60 than the G-35. When I test drove the G-35 and then TL (both had Hp's in 260's), to my surprise I found the TL actually pulling out faster than the G-35. Honda has done well to mask the FWD of the TL, and in normal driving conditions you cannot see the difference. In fact most of the people who buy these cars will not see the difference at all, cruising at 75 mph on the interstate or getting on or off the ramp.
  7. At least in FL if you have temp workers, like in construction industry, you need to have WC to cover their asses, regardless of how they are hired. In fact it is even the same in WI and IN. I do not know about KY.
  8. On a side note, those W-Bodies account for about 14% of GM's monthly sales, at least for this month. No wonders they do not want to get rid of that cash cow. It is up to a certain extent still making GM money from a 20+ years design. It is their bad mentality which has hurt them though.

  10. I agree with 91Z4me. If the law of Worker Comp is mandatory in KY, Toy will not get permit to work in the state. It is pretty strict when it comes to WC. In some ways it saves Toy (employer), rather than worsening it to make contributions to WC. Because if Toy does not agree with WC and if someone gets hurt while working there, lawsuits will be more exorbitant and thus making Toy loose money.
  11. Add another line below. "I Can Save GM, I have a Plan" - The Voice.

  13. If you want to learn how to make a hideous thing more hideous learn from Chrysler.

  15. When GM auto division was making losses and GMAC was profitable these analytical spinners were magnifying those losses, saying that is the "cpre" of GM is. Now when it is other way around they turn their spin 180 degrees focusing on the total profit not the profit of the Auto Division. In short they have one spin DIE GM DIE!
  16. In this case let it be the habit.
  17. 300 hp in FWD Cobalt is pushing it. It probably will be only good for drag strip, handling on twisties will be a BIH. I think it is reasonable for better handling 260 hp Cobalt. Mazda has done it in the 3, why cannot Chevy do it? Cobalt SS supercharged already has GM accessory parts which push it to 235hp, so another 25hp boost does not seem unreasonable to me.
  18. If Chevy can put a roll down rear window in the Chevy Silverado Extended Cab. I am sure, they can and should do that in the Camaro.
  19. It was only a matter of time.
  20. Mr. 68, what is the analogy? :rotflmao: My Answer: Siddhartha (Name of Buddha)

    WOW

    How was your driving experience?
  22. Man which means he talks about it even while he is sleeping.

  24. YOU STARTED IT ALL. J/K. At least took the bashing off poor Toy for a while.
