  1. 23 mpg from a Honda? Say it ain't so!
  2. I like the idea that Pontiac = cars ONLY. No crossovers, SUVs or vans ever again.
  3. Second? Jesus Christ...they're literally crawling the streets around here. Anyway...what I've seen: 1st generation Dodge Charger Delorean Chevy Nomad Multiple SSRs Multiple 60s/70s Camaros and Mustangs 2 different 79' Camaros painted like Bumblebee...in the same day.
  4. God damn it, GM...don't drop the Impala name! Talk about typical General Motors...drop the most well-known names you've got for no apparent reason.
  5. "Made in USA". I actively seek out that badge whenever I shop. Its like the bleeding holy grail for me. Food, musical equipment...I won't settle for anything less if I don't absolutely have to...hell, I even like my books to be printed in the US. About a mile away from my house is a small farmer's market that sells only Michigan produce and its the only place my family goes to get vegetables that we don't grow ourselves. Some people might call me elitist or whatever. I just like to think I have high standards. As for Wal Mart...I don't even enter the store.
  6. Scion xA Scion xB Scion tC Toyota Prius Honda Element Honda Ridgeline Toyota Yaris Honda Fit Volkswagon Beetle Kia Rondo And an honorable mention: The Biggest Douchebag-mobile Ever Built. Kia Amanti
  7. f@#k those people. I'm a liberal, but I don't give a $h! about gas guzzlers or using up all the world's oil for two reasons: 1. We're moving away from oil very rapidly. 10 years from now, most new cars will not be gasoline-fueled. 2. Oil breeds conflict and corruption, the sooner its gone or we stop using it, the better the world will be. What'll these assholes do when Hummers become powered by hydrogen fuel cells? "They're using up the most plentiful resource in the universe!!!!"
  8. They start off with 20 cars a year, but the Delorean is so iconic that they'll probably have to immediately ramp up production just to keep up with the massive demand this is going to generate.
  9. I agree. But, even if they don't decide to bring back Plymouth, I'm sure that the entire Chrysler Group is going to start getting their crap together pretty quickly now that they're out from under the big Nazi-esqe thumb of Daimler-Benz. Hell, if I were a bigshot at Chrysler, the first thing I'd do is try to resurrect Plymouth just to spite DB. I'm sure that its killing had more to do with eliminating employees and making the Chrysler Group more dependant on the parent company than "relevancy"...Plymouth was beginning to have a very bright future back then.
  10. Chinese subcompact. Base 300. Two great reasons why Chrysler needs to resurrect Plymouth. Besides, Dodge just doesn't make sense (to me) as the value/economy brand.
  11. You ain't kiddin'. Just finding this out has, for me, given a huge boost to Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles for when I'm looking for my next car.
  12. Jesus f@#king Christ! Its about goddamned time this happened! The only thing standing in the way of fair trade for this country is our dip$h! of a President...let's just hope the idiot doesn't screw it up.
  13. Oh snap. Now that Daimler-Benz is pretty much out of the picture, Chrysler's finally getting its $h! together it seems.
  14. Its a nice interior. The problem is they put it inside a Hyundai.
  15. I am so incredibly amused that 9/10 cars on that list are imports.
  16. Putting that 2.7 in those big ass cars never made much sense to me.
  17. Yeah, I liked those commercials too. They made me laugh, but didn't really make me want a VW.
  18. "General Motors today announced its all-new “Personal Audio Link” iPod® adapter for Chevrolet HHR, Chevrolet Cobalt, Pontiac G5, Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky is now available from all Chevrolet, Pontiac and Saturn dealerships." Damn...its jus too bad I'm not interested at all in any of those cars.
  19. Talk about being dated. That thing looks 20-years old. Reminds me of the last few cars AMC put out.
