  2. Interesting side note that I noticed about this tragedy. This collapsed bridge is like a snapshot in time, and what I noticed about it were the vehicles in MN that the people were driving looked to me to be a majority of GM products. I even saw and 80's Grand Am on the bridge, and in the center section I noticed a black current generation Grand Prix that looked virtually undamaged. I wonder how many people walked away from this bridge because they were driving a GM product. Just a thought I had. My condolences to all the families affected by this.
  3. Well My 2005 Equinox replacment will either be a 2008 Pontiac Torrent or the GMC Envoy. Welcome pensive to G&G.

  7. No sir! Delaware was a slave state and still has plantations you can visit. Southern Living magazine list Delaware as a Southern state. The only reason Delaware and Maryland voted to stay in the Union was, the day the state legislatures were to vote to leave the Union, Lincoln sent 40,000 troops to each state capital to ensure they voted his way. Without those troops being sent, Delaware, Maryland and even Kentucky would have sided with the South and not the North. I live two miles from the Pennsylvania line, so I am two miles inside the South. I can see Yankee land and at times even smell it, but live there? Good Lord NO! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:US_map-..._Historic_1.PNG

  22. General Motors, Lakewood Assembly Plant, Lakewood, GA was closed sometime in the 90's but I don't remember when, however here are some facts about the destruction and a few pics. Multi discipline project included environmental remediation, decommissioning and demolition of this 2,600,000 sf automotive assembly plant near Atlanta, GA. Project generated approximately 30,000 tons of steel and over 2,000,000 pounds of non-ferrous metals. Don't thank me, the smile on your face is enough!
  23. That's a truck? Muhahahahahahahaha!
