  1. I think the titles should be in German!
  2. I wish they would bring back the Eldorado name. God how I love it.
  3. I saw a 1956 Buick (Red & White) on the Autobahn today. I was moving to fast to catch a model name, but I could tell from its shape it was a 56.
  4. Scratch that then! I don't want to look as old as blu!
  5. Camino, when you rode by me, did the Spandex make my a$$ look fat?
  6. Lord, his house is only a mile from my Delaware house. I sure hope the gates are locked, I don't want all those TV Satellite Trucks in my yard, well unless they are GM trucks that is.
  7. Actually, I'm far from PA, and I like it that way!
  8. Very nice, I saw a 1956 Buick (Red & White) on the Autobahn today. I was moving to fast to catch a model name, but I could tell from its shape it was a 56.
  9. Jeez, I was riding my bike with a friend up in PA, and some A$$hole in a truck clogs up my lungs with copious amounts of diesel exhaust. What a jerk, we have a right to be on the road too. :rotflmao:
  10. My brother who works for the NRO just called me, he said the Secret Service has just been assigned to guard Delaware's Senator Joe Biden. I wonder why?
  11. OK I start a new Job in Germany on September 1st. So I decided to go with a new look, I decided to go with a full beard. So far most of my life I have been clean shaven, but I did have a moustache in my early 30's and a trimmed beard for a while in my 30's too and a goatee for the last 6 months. I've let it grow the last week and it is coming in quite full. Anyone else have a full beard, or had one in the past, any pointers you can give or advice? Let me know.
  12. Posted Aug 22nd 2008 9:28AM by Jeremy Korzeniewski Filed under: Minivans/MPVs, Humor What would happen if an old Plymouth Horizon mated with a Plymouth Voyager? See above. Despite the fact that Chrysler used to offer its minivans with two different wheelbases, this is a vehicle that was fortunately never released out of the factory doors. Our guess is that the owner, like us, never really cared for those old non-powered sliding doors anyway. Why not just get rid of 'em completely? Our favorite view of the bus shows that there's nearly as much front-overhang as there is metal between the axles. In all seriousness, the work that went into cutting this sucker in thirds, throwing out the middle-section and welding it back together seems to have been done pretty well. Because the Voyager is a front-wheel drive minivan, the powertrain probably didn't need any tweaking at all. Link: http://www.autoblog.com/2008/08/22/things-...ymouth-voyager/
  13. Posted Aug 21st 2008 3:29PM by Jeremy Korzeniewski Filed under: Concept Cars, Sedans/Saloons, I.C.E., Cadillac 750-hp 7.5-liter V12 from the Cadillac Cien concept Here's a shocker: Cadillac has reportedly canceled plans for a range-topping V12 engine. Really, you don't say? Last we checked, General Motors didn't seem to have any problems extracting plenty of performance from its 6.2-liter supercharged and 7.0-liter naturally aspirated V8 engines, and the majority of the development work has already been done for a Caddy installation. Additionally, we've heard some rumors of a possible twin-turbo version of GM's excellent 3.6-liter direct injection six, which could find a cozy spot under the hood of the next Cadillac sedan. Cadillac is also said to be reconsidering its premium large sedan, where the V12 was originally intended to reside. In its stead, GM's classiest division will focus in on the replacement for the STS and DTS sedans. Also rumored is a new naming convention, as if the waters weren't already murky enough. Will the next Caddy sedan be known as the DT7? We sure hope not. Will it be based on the new Zeta platform? Well now... that decision would get our seal of approval. 15. Z, GM has designated Chevy as its world brand, so it will look less and less American and more worldly as time goes on.
  16. I go wherever I am needed, to serve the greater good of GME. September 1st I will be somewhere else.
  17. In another sign that the auto industry is pulling away from lease deals, General Motors Corp. is cutting back incentives on new GMC, Buick and Pontiac vehicles. Dealers learned Monday that the only lease deal they'll have to offer for those brands through GM's partially owned financial arm GMAC will be on the Pontiac G6, said Russ Shelton, owner of Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC in Rochester Hills. The narrowed leasing incentives start Wednesday. It is unclear what kind of leasing deals GM will support for other brands, including Chevrolet, Saturn and Hummer. GM spokesman John McDonald said he couldn't comment on specific deals. GM expects to announce today details of its plan to offer its employee discount to all customers. "Leases, for a long time, have been supported at below-market rates. We're not able to financially support leases at below-market rates when the residuals have eroded as much as they have," McDonald said. Toward the end of July, rival automakers began changing their leasing strategies as they reported large quarterly losses related to old leases. Chrysler decided to get out of leasing altogether; others raised lease rates and curtailed leasing of certain models. Leasing is still available for other vehicles, but without incentives that have drawn consumers to dealerships. Shelton said he understands why automakers are shying away from leasing. "The cost of leasing has just become prohibitive," he said. Still, Shelton said he is trying to reach out to other financial institutions to give his customers the option to lease. "People have gotten used to it," Shelton said. Link: http://www.freep.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article...ESS01/808190336

  19. Ok, 2.39 now and I will buy a Slavic CD to play so it feels at home, plus the gated community.
  20. Not a fan of the seats, that red print they have on them looks like heating elements from an electric range, I'd be afraid I singe the hair on my a$$ if I sat on them.
  21. What color is the Aztek? I bid a dollar, and I will keep it within my gated community to keep it safe!
  22. Happy Birthday!
  23. You took advantage of the GM Employee discount and replaced the Aztek with a Torrent.
