Obviously Communism is going to be a part of any historical account about China. GM has the right to spend money on whatever it wants. The Northstar is not the problem, it is the transmission that is the problem. A transmission repair/replace on that Cadillac is going to cost as much as the car does. 140,000 miles is ripe for transmission issues too.

I just love when big companies get called on their mistakes. This should have been solved before any of the soldiers got on their flight.

Platforms HAVE to be flexible. I recall an article Borger sent me that talked about Alpha needing to be more flexible. This has been in the works for at least a year if not longer.

Nothing has really been said about how flexible the Lambda platform is. I wonder if anything other than a 3 row SUV can be produced off of it.
