  2. When I go out on tour this year.... hopefully some of you will come and check out the family fun fest.... we are going to be all over but i cannot release the schedule yet.
  3. I have been very dissappointed in the officiating by the NFL in these games... why are they so bad? It's sad when the commentators do a better job than the officials do.
  4. CadillacKing3's myspace
  5. Don't forget that Chevy sells more vehicles over 30 grand than any other make too....
  6. Everybody I have shown the pics to have been really impressed with the style of the car. My dad brought up some good points about the Camaro. He said that people in the younger age brackets have been waiting for GM to come out with something like this. It's styled outstanding and if it is affordable, they shouln't have any problem selling that many units. He also mentioned that the Camaro was always competing against itself with teh firebird right down the street. Without the Firebird, 160,000 units should be easy to sell. This car is definately something I would look at for my next purchase.
  7. Ok, so famous people from Fresno, CA Some of these are off the top of my head and I am going to try to give you the best list I can think of.... Cher William Sayroan (pulitzer prize winner and oscar winner) Tom Seaver Kevin Federline (brittany spears wife... err i mean husband) Audra McDonald (brodway actress) Jerry Tarkanian Tim McDonald (former SF 49er) Kirk Kerkorian (yes.... him) David Seville AKA Ross Bagdasarian (who was alvin and the chipmunks) Philip Levine (famous poet) thats all i can think of right now P.S. Fresno is the site of the first ever sanatary dump in america... it's a national historic landmark!! LOL
  8. mmmm... BW3's is so good! Wish we had one up here in Fresno.
  9. Wow, I actually know what Tim Hortons is and I live in california! Been there on tour... its like a "fancy Denny's" according to my friend from Tenn.
  10. Ok so here is my question..... on a lot of wheels on GM cars, there is a stamp on it with teh GM logo.... is this just to show it is orignal equipment, or does GM have a stamping facility for wheels..... i know on my grand prix my wheels were made by enikei (sp).
  11. The computer reset itself and the light went off. I read that in the owners manual.
  12. This makes sense as he owns a Dodge/Chrysler dealer in southern california..... he supplies all the give aways from the pentastar on the Price is Right.
  13. So I was reading the latest issue of CR and in the auto section they had a little side article about how cars that are recalled does not mean they are unreliable or unsafe. The ONLY reason why they wrote this was because St. Toyota has been falling to the nasty recall bug the last few months. NEVER would they have put that in there and used GM or Ford as an example. P.S. WHERE DO YOU WANT THE WIPER SWITCH -- either its on the stalk and its "too busy" or its not and "hard to find"
  14. So, I just had my battery replaced in my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix with the 3800 in it and my SES light came on. How long should it take for the computer to reset? Or is there a way i can find the code to see if there really is something wrong with my car? I made sure the gas cap was nice and tight.
  15. Well, we use both the 5500 and the 7500 for towing a gooseneck... both of them have to be crew cabs and loaded pretty well... dont really need the air seat but other than that, they were loaded to the max. They put some sort of sudo-bed on the back of the truck with a hitch ball in the middle of it they are both 2 axles
  16. So without contacting a dealer for a direct price quote, does anybody have any idea how much a 5500 and a 7500 GMC would cost?
  17. The 70s for me too. I like BIG things and overdone flashyness so here are a few pics of what I like
  18. Out here in California, specifically the Central Valley, we are currently in an unhealthy air day where all wood buring is banned. So enjoy those fires, and I'll be sure to enjoy my nice high 60 degree weather and sun..... Oh California, I'll take the smog if I get to live with weather like this.
  19. if anybody buys this car, it is based purely on the brainwashing of toyota. nobody in their right mind is going to walk up to this car and go.... looks good..... its the Edsel of the new milininum
  20. Got to love the boat pacing 200 MPH indy cars
  21. That reminds me of the movie Get Shorty when Chili arrives at the rental car place while it is pouring down rain and the rental car person goes "All we have left sir is the Oldsmobile Sillouette" Chili: "But, I ordered a Cadillac, I want my Cadillac" Rental Car person "Well, the Oldsmobile Sillouette is the Cadillac of minivans.... if you dont want it, the place next door has plenty of VW convertables in stock" Chili "I'll take the van."
  22. So, I had to take my car to the body shop to get my bumper repaired after being rear-ended awhile back and I went to Enterprise to get my rental car and they had a shiny rental car white Dodge Stratus waiting for me. I casually asked if there were any GM products available and the girl goes "isn't dodge a GM vehicle?" and I just left it at that so they gave me the keys and I took off in my little four-banger. In a way, I'm kinda glad I didn't get a GM car because it would have made me want to trade in my 00 Grand Prix GT so driving the Stratus around made me hate every second of having a rental car. It was weak, it got horrid mileage (I am partially to blame for that because my foot was longing for my V6 power so I was stomping on the little pepe of an engine) and it looked worse than a Neon on the inside. Oh, and the white gauges were not fooling me into thinking the car was sporty. The best part of the journey with the rental was when I was returning it the same girl goes "so will you be renting from us again" and I go "not for another 2 years at least cause I'm not 25." then she goes "oh yeah, there is an extra charge for people under 25." Then I end the convo with "Yeah, my boss trusts me with hundreds of thousands of dollars in big rig trucking stuff all over the country, but I can't rent a car. My Grand Prix is way tighter and more powerful than that econo box of junk! Oh yeah, by the way... took this pic of my car today in the History Fulton Mall in Downtown Fresno. I was dropping off some stuff at the Security Bank Building because my mom is making a christmas tree there for the local museum. The reason why Fulton Mall is so "historic" is because it was the first ever open air closed road mall in America. So I HAD to take a shot with my cameraphone of a car on the mall where no cars are supposed to be.
  23. Now thats funny! I would like to see that. I think it would make a great movie.
  24. So, they decide to leave a 100,000 dollar car OUTSIDE! ARE THEY IDIOTS! If i were going to sell a car for that much, i would put it in the showroom!
  25. Just watched Midnight Cowboy. In the last two weeks I have also seen Kicking and Screaming, the new version of The Longest Yard and Naked Gun..... I also am planning on watching Smokey and the Bandit either today or tomorrow. Can't get enough of that movie. "I'm gonna find the tallest tree in the country and I'm gonna hang you from it"
