  1. Come on Josh. Don't puss out! What is a little law-suit with GM vs sharing photos with people you have never met? :P
  2. [Mr. Burns]Excellent![/Mr. Burns] When did ASC start doing actual cars? What is this? Could it be another coupe from Ford? Might hurt Mustang's sales. Or could it be a Mustang based sedan?
  3. I think that is just about as good as the Ridgerunt.
  4. That looks dang good. Can't wait to see the 2 seat Epsilon vert at NAIAS.
  5. No they weren't. They are designed and marketed to the youth because manufactures know you can't sell an old mans car to a young person but you can sell a young person's car to an old man. They knew they were going after the older segment from the start.
  6. Post #14 by me was a reffrence to information AH-HA was given at the press preview. If anything Edmunds should know that.
  7. Wouldn't be the first time. Lets also remember that the interior Acadia spy photos have a center console which means it is not an 8 seater.
  8. The only Lambda I could see doing ok with OHV engines would be the GMC. I could see it doing fine with a 3.9 VVT and 6 speed auto along with a 5.3 DOD 6 speed auto combo but not the Saturn or the Buick. Also I don't see GM certifying 1 out of 3 products for a different engine combo so my guess is the 3.6 OHC across the line.
  9. Griffon I know a lot of time was spend on the 2.5 I6 so why is it SO weak compared to other offerings in the 6 cylinder realm? Was it to keep fuel economy up, which I know is very important to the rest of the world?
  10. They probably want to bring the plant up to speed for the rest of the world and sell it there first, it would also improve logistics.
  11. You could order a higher speedo but it was not factory it was aftermarket. All G92 Camaros had a 145 speedo from 87 onward, when the 350 was put back into the Camaro.
  12. Sorry but your dad is wrong. There is no stock 3rd gen that will do 150 stock. The 700R4 was geared for acceleration not top end or fuel economy. Besides the L98 fell on its face a little above 5000 RPMs. I belive 3.23 was the only rear ratio available for the 350 cars. 3.42s were on G92 5 speed 305 TPI cars and 2.73 and 3.23 were available on both the 2.8/3.1 MPFI V6 and the 305 TBI cars. Edit your dad's Iroc could have been an 89 which would have had the Aussie 9 bolt BUT it was still a 3.23 rear and still wouldn't do 150.
  13. Ignore the crappy wheels One of the best looking intakes of all times Iroc Vert Baddest RS Vert Camaro EVER!
  14. OR they cold do what they do now: Kill the 3800 a great engine but not up to snuff anymore. have a HV 3.5 and 3.9 sharing many parts have a HF 3.6 and 2.5 sharing parts N* and N* SC 4.8, 5.3, 6.0, 6.2 sharing many parts and the 7.0 sharing a few. Throw in the Atlas engines and it is a VERY well rounded lineup.

So they might buy it back the day after the SEC doesn't consider it for tax purposes, right?

Guys what if he is doing this to make it look like a loss for tax reasons. After the 1st he could buy back those shares at a, most likely, lower price. When you have that many shares and that much invested it is kinda easy mess the marketing of a specific stock up.
  17. Would not the Aztek and Rendevous be defined as crossovers?
  18. I am suprised this got into a pissing match before anyone noticed they said mid cycle refresh. This should be the GMT900 H2 and it should have the 6.2 6 speed as its standard engine or optional with the 6.0 being standard. If the Duramax makes it into the H2 I can guess it will be spread across the line. Also I wouldn't expect to see it out the H2s first year, 2nd or 3rd but not first.
  19. I am guessing that GM didn't want Buick to have a higher HP car as it might scare off some traditional Buick buyers.
  20. That would look totally HOT on some 91-92 Z28 rims OR the 17" Ronal Firehawk rims from 92.
  21. I didn't read it but this may answer your questions. http://www.franchisinglaw.com/
