  1. You got sketches from GM of future products and you all are complaining! What is this GMI?As for those who don't like what I found, why even bother to post something negative. I found something that I thought people would like to see, I waited for Fly to post it and he didn't so I posted it. I guess it doesn't pay to post when you find something new, like the 1st public photo of the Sky that I scanned and posted for C&G a year before it debuted.
  2. I can't believe that 44 people have viewed this and not 1 has had something to say. Wake up C&G.
  3. Since Flybrian didn't post it within the first 24 hours. Here you go guys a profile drawing of the GMT900 crew cab trucks showing the front end pretty well, taken from from the GM truck-camper loading guide. Also of intrest certain areas of the dealerworld site, where I found this guide, call all the GMT800 trucks 'classic' like GM did with the Lumina then old Malibu. All of this and more can be found by leafing through this link.
  4. Sounds like plenty of power to me. Would put the GS450H in its place. This could make Caddy a lot more relevant in Europe.
  5. I think many people will agree with you there. Outside of GMT900s Zeta is the most important thing coming from GM for quite a while. It is likely at the top of the to do list also.
  6. Impala does 250K in volume a year. They cut the production this year to like 200K and Malibu and Maxx do about 200K combined. Yes Malibu is expected to go up in production when it gets moved to EP II but still Impala is a volume product. Not to mention the other sedans and the coupes that are planned. PS don't forget Holden's VE line which is technically Zeta. That will be 180K for sure right there.
  7. Glad we figured that out. I really was stumped why GM would stop using its only auto option on the Sky. It just didn't make any sense. It is cropped from a wallpaper that MPH has on their website.
  8. No footnotes, I can only assume it will be added later.
  9. Straight from the website: Week of 3/27/2006 Effective 3/27/2006, the following changes will be made to the Vehicle Order Guide: * Mechanical section-(MX0) Transmission, 5-speed automatic, deleted footnote 1 completely. I wonder why?
  10. By evok!!!Hope all our GM friends keep their positions.
  11. http://www.autoshowny.com/exhibit/Saturn is in the Crystal Palace level three. Chevy and GMC are on 1&3 and Buick and Pontiac are on level 3 only. If you click on New Vehicle gallery and go to production debuts and go to page 5 you can see a peek at the Suzuki SX4.
  12. I would personally much rather see the Aveo 3 door hatch in the states.
  13. Any hints you can give the resident spy?
  14. Just looked at the floorplan and Saturn has more floor space than GMC, Pontiac, or Buick. 80% of Buick and Pontiac combined! They had BETTER steal the show.
  15. It did happen with the GP didn't it?
  16. Will this be something GM puts in all plants or just certain ones, IE leave it out of high volume line specific plants like Delta Township but put it into variable lines with riskier products like Willmington?
  17. Walt, did you check out a Cobalt SS sedan? It should be lighter than the HHR so it may feel more powerful. How about a used SAAB 9-3?
  18. My point is that they both have the exact same green house!
  19. Lets try the 06 Impala against that.
  20. That has been shot down by EVERY insider for this year.
  21. Hmmm...Talk of a world beater V series, slight refresh coming. Outside partnerships possible. And then I remembere the STS SAE 100 concept car. I don't know how to connect the dots but there could be a connection somewhere.
  22. Is it possible they are testing the STS for Euro crash standards? Could that explain the stuff on the front?
