1. McD's served its coffee at 185 degrees and most other places served it at 165. Put that together with the fact there wasn't a label telling people not to spill it. It was her fault for taking off the lid while adding stuff to it when it was in her crotch that caused the spill. BTW the huge judgement that was first awarded was lowered after McDs appealed.Details at link. http://www.vanosteen.com/mcdonalds-coffee-lawsuit.htm
2. http://autodeadline.com/Photos?kw=sierraDone. SLT interior Denali interior
3. Does that mean work on the L6 into the GMT355s which is what a LOT of speculation was saying?
4. Under the seat stoage for bench seats Bed utility system: Regular cab Good comparison pic
5. That isn't a pre-produciton it is the next Scion. Rice Pimped from the Factory, YO!

No. But I could see Walmart having an outdoor area, like they do for their lawn/garden stuff, with cars in it.
7. Maybe put a Buick grill on it and sell it in China, though they do have the new Daewoo Tosca over there as a Chevy for cheaper. I can't really see this being sold in Europe as a Chevy. Chevy Europe is pretty much just Daewoos. What about Brazil? Do they have the side turn signals?
8. I got some pics of when I went there. Was there anything you guys wanted to see that hasn't been posted? BTW the C5R engine was NOT there when I was. 76ChevyTrucker did you manage to get any good pics of the Aerovette? I tried but they had it behind another display model.
9. I think both exteriors and both interiors look quite nice. But I do think it is odd that they show the nav system in the WT interior.
10. He said that knowing that it won't. Then I heard him snicker "Did you hear about our new plan? I call it the "Return to Greatness" I stole it from some Buick salesman in Flint. Jim somebody it doesn't really matter who..."

The first one that we get pics of broken down better include the caption "Popped my Chery!"
12. Between that and the Olds Aerotech look alike cart that was on ebay about a year ago it would be a pretty sweet combination.
13. That is the most non fold flat floor I have ever seen!
14. I see some of this in the front end. Cobalt light housings and I tried to get rid of some of the tape. I think this is the 'stunner' that the press saw last year.
15. 'I'm Lovin' It!' Seriously I can't think of how to photo chop it to clear out that tape though.
16. The RWD N* debuted in the XLR which was 2004. Also the 4.4 N* is supercharged and hand built, something we won't see as being standard on a $40K Caddy.
17. Here is my logic: LaX update in 2008 and it will be around till what 2010 or 2011. GP gets an update at the same time and will be around during the same time period. Likely all the W-bodies will be made in one plant at some point. Even if I am off and W-body production ends in 2010 that leaves the refreshed GP and LaX as 2 model year cars which is really short, even for the new GM. I think that 2011 is the best bet. But it is just my opinion.Guy McCoy and others have talked about the re-skinning of the GP coming up. I figure it will happen at the same time as the LaX re-skin.
18. Hey they do it for Nissan Skyline GT-Rs... 171519 You have to crash test at least 4 of them.
19. Jim read the article before you post it and see if we can rip the author apart in less than 10 minutes if so don't post it. Wow look he is plugging his own stock pics in an 'article' that sure is professional! First off Renault/Nissan made more money than ANY other car maker in the world year before last I would hardly call that a 3rd stringer. Second off what can Toyota do about it? Nothing! I see it as political posturing so your stock holders don't get scared. That is great a guy I have never heard of is saying "Don't buy GM." When estabilished investing firms ARE saying invest in GM. Me too and if GM were seeking Chapter 11 then I would agree but they are not. In fact they posted a profit for the first half of the year. Imagine that! Kinda like what you are doing, presenting a recommendation that your article is anything more than your speculation based on NO information! Once again, who are you? GM is in the midst of a turn around Toyota will NEVER go through. Though GM and Toyota are both big conservative companies Toyota will never have the backed up problem of pensions and healthcare NEAR the scale that GM's current management has had to overcome.
20. Yes in excess of $50K and according to NHTSA rules it must be taken out of the country after 1 year or it gets crushed.
21. The VE cars are getting a 267 hp version of the 3.6 and there has been confirmed talk of a DI version of the same 3.6. Logic tells us that Caddy gets new tech first and with the CTS doing so well now and getting a new more dramatic interior and exterior next year I would be shocked if the CTS didn't get the new DI 3.6 as a midlevel engine with 3.6 non DI as the base. I think we will see the 2.8 go away for the US. Also remember the new CTS will be wider and therefore heavier.
22. I think that what you say is very possible but I am an optimist. Also lets remember that a Korean plant is supposed to be tooled up to help out with Holden's production export goals. Wheather that will be VZ cars for China and Korea or VE cars for other parts of the world I don't have a clue but the plant will be building something RWD.Also Statesman may not be a replacement for Lucerene it could run along side it as the WM Statesman is rather Large and Luxurious, even compared to the DTS.
23. Here are my thoughts on what we will see between LA, Detroit, Chicago, and NY GM: RWD Cars: Camaro production, production Impala, Buick Statesman, Pontiac RWD VE Sedan, NG Caddy CTS. Trucks: Colorado SS, Canyon Denali, GMT900 Hummer SUV or pickup (both are supposed to be coming). Ford: Mercury Cougar on DC2, production version of the Metaone concept, Ford B-segment concepts (more than 1), Lincoln DC2 sedan, Jaguar X-type concept or production model. DC: 2008 Viper vert, Dodge Avenger, NG Minivans, sedan version of Dodge Caliber. Toyota: Lexus IS500 Those are what I am pretty sure will be shown. 171202

ZETA PLANT

That would be Oshawa II. It will retool for a re-skinned GP and LaX. Nothing major there.**Unless they are moved over to the MC/Impala plant and volume on all models are lowered, which I don't see happening.**
