  1. http://www.autoblog.com/2007/08/16/happy-w...ts-2008-hhr-ss/ http://www.egmcartech.com/2007/08/16/2008-...260hp-revealed/ I tell you what I will just post those two. But there are PLENTY more that say it is a 260 hp 2.0 DI Turbo ecotec, just like the Solstice GXP/Sky RL.

  3. Will the 'vert have the 335i engine available?
  4. He isn't an engineer he is a marketing guy.http://www.cheersandgears.com/forums/index...8&hl=HHR+SS
  5. Pull that grill down alittle bit further and it would be pure sex. Right now it is about 90% sex. :AH-HA_wink:
  6. The Solstice GXP/Sky RL motor is a 2.0 DI Turbo, as all the press releases state for the HHR SS. It IS a transverse application of the Solstice/Sky motor.
  7. The next Buick should be the Lacrosse on EPII. Unless a compact Delta II car gets snuck in before then but I doubt it. The EPII car should be a 2009 model. On the car circuit we will likely see the RWD concept from China.
  8. So is this on the smaller G35 sized FM or larger M35 sized one? I am confused.
  9. True, but they are killing any opportunity to build a good reputation for the model name.
  10. The major one would be safety. Also you could consolidate the production lines so that volume changes don't have as large of an impact.
  11. Well w/ the small refreshes and reskins they have taken out some of the retroness, which is fine with me but it is just not making sense to not do a substantial update on a nameplate that was a big sucess.
  12. Seriously I don't get it. Dodge gets the Caliber on a pretty much all new chassis (I know it is shared w/ Mitus but they don't really count since they sell so few cars in the US). Jeep gets 2 versions of this chassis and yet the once highly successful and well selling PT/GT Cruisers are left rotting on the old Neon chassis. What gives? Is Chrysler getting advice from Ford?
  13. That is RETARDED! Every Chevy dealer should carry every Chevy model. At least 1. I mean you don't know how many sales you missed b/c you didn't have any for people to consider. Not everyone knows all the models available. Some people just look for what is on the lots. I bet the local Toyota deaer has RAV4s and 4 Runners on lot don't they? Some people could have rolled through the lot since all they saw were the smaller Equinox and much larger Tahoe. Nothing in their size range=no sale.
  14. I am using a brand new Toshiba laptop w/ a 15.4 inch widescreen and I feel like Ray Charles "I can't see SH*T!"
  15. They are also harder to package than a traditional V style engine. Something that people can easily forget. Not to mention that there would have to be additional funding (besides the 3.6 HF family's) to create this little engine.
  16. So your telling me you know exactly what this looks like under the camo? And since when do we know the beltline will be the one we see, pretty much the same as say an Outlook or Enclave? Who is to say this is even on the same wheelbase? GM and others have been known to test something out on another chassis or model and just change what they needed. Since the front and rear are covered they may be the only things changed. Sure you can see the general direction but what have GM nuts been trying to beat through the bean coutner's heads: the devil is in the details.
  17. On the Apprentice Caroyln drove a Park Ave and I really doubt that was product placement.
  18. Where did you get your X-ray glasses? I for one can't see to much because of all the CAMO! I can get an idea of the shape of the tail lights and head lights and the grill. But other than that and I can't make out much, as GM wants it I am sure. And the profile is straight Lambda.
  19. Which makes sense. 2 on the Outlook/Acadia body and 2 on the Envoy/Chevy body. I like what I see of the lights, kinda Cobalt/New Bu look to them. The grill will no doubt be better looking on this than the Aveo hatch. Now if the rear gets quad round lenses like it seems they could be doing that would be SWEET!
  20. It is a quote, I think from Samuel L Jackson in "Pulp Fiction".
  21. I for one like it. Looks pretty nice for the segment.
