  1. But didn't GM mention already that there won't be a RHD version?
  2. I am just trying to convey what I am seeing with my own eyes. And I do not hate being Chinese. If you don't like it, you are more than welcome to use the ignore member function as intro'ed by the admin members here.
  3. That's not a Volga, per se. It's a Lada Riva Wagon.
  4. That looks like the Crimson Red already available on the G6... Although it lists as premium paint.
  5. Phoenix Yellow exclusive on an M3. It doesn't match the car and looks like duck sh*t, yet people pay extra for it. vs. As for others... I guess it really depends on cars. Some cars, smaller ones like Beetles, Aveo hatchbacks and so, should have bright colors. Others, e.g. midsize/large sedans and sport coupes, should have darker and bolder colors.
  6. He's wrong about the taillights, though. The G5 coupe and sedan don't share tails. The Sedan has an integrated round back-up lamp, and the coupe a separate one in the bumper. The tail also has a red ring light pattern instead of the solid circle on the Cobalt.
  7. Yes, it's me again... But this one is fairly close:
  8. http://thehollywoodextra.blogspot.com/2006...ai-elantra.html Looks like Hyundai is done copying Honda, now they're on to Toyota...
  9. Then what's up with the news about that they are consolidating all the design efforts for small hatches? Not to that point yet? Just wondering...
  10. Um... that smell is poisonous you know. I mean it biologically. It's all the paint and chemicals and stuff.
  11. Oh, as in "dumping", I should've clarified. I meant getting rid of ownership in general (i.e. selling, trading, trashing, all those inclusive).
  12. Very nice... I'd say if you don't need the window deflector, take it off. Looks out of place as if the chrome trim arond the window is incomplete, and doesn't cover up the door well.
  13. w00t!!! Baby Astra! Anyone knows if this is based on the new Aveo platform?
  14. Well it depends. He mentioned it's "cool", and have to admit, the idea behind the Caliber is cool, features and all. But the look... meh. It's one of those idea A+ execution D- things.
  15. But Cavaliers does take some beating before it dies... mechanically...Speaking of which... This phrase: "..it has the Electronic Fuel Injection power and the front drive you're looking for..." I wonder what does Sixty8 has to say about this...
  16. I've noticed that this is sort of a culture thing, it seems. Almost everyone around me are the kind of people who buys cars, use it for a few years and dump it. I've once told my friend that I will keep my G6 for a long time, he thinks I'm insane. What's your attitude towards your car?
  17. Anyone who thinks the Camry is beautiful is retarded. Notice I italicized the word. I'm talking about those who have dreams over it. They're OK cars (when the tranny doesn't blow up) as bread and butter sedans to use and dump within a few years, but certainly not a thing to lust over.
  18. The first gen 3-series ti was sort of wierd, but the second gen not sold in NA is beautiful. I would've taken it if it was sold here. And... there's no use arguing with BV. He's just... special.
  19. Yesterday I was going down the street to the strip mall to get a pizza for dinner, I saw this guy in a two door Tahoe. He was backing out of his spot at almost full throttle, and a lady in a Lumina was coming along and the Tahoe almost hit it. Clearly, the Lumina had the right of way, as he wasn't even half out of his spot, but I saw the moron in the Tahoe roll down the windows and start to cursing the woman. Rednecks... don't people these days have driving manners...
  20. Long Live the GM 60 Degree V6 in my G6!!!
  21. It really depends. The earlier Alfas, I don't like them as much, but if they redesign it to follow the 159's design it would look hot. Vectra hatch is nice, especially in VXR/GTS forms. The 323 Astina you posted is nice as well. I've always wanted one of those. 6 Sport is nice as well. Just if Pontiac dumps the Vibrolla and get a real Delta or Kappa II hatchback...
  22. Nice writeup... but I really don't agree on the Corvette and XLR being "badge engineered." The hardtop and the convertible, and the engines (Northie vs SBC) are enough to make them cars with very different personalities.
