  1. AH-HA is known for "vague" responses, as he's not allowed or supposed to disclose anything, and he's kind enough to give us hints.A simple "no" can just mean anything. Yours was just one possibility.
  2. I saw that on WCF and posted that. I wasn't even sure, if it was actually a Zeta in the first place. I just quoted WCF.
  3. As to why there is a more pronounced crease, possibilities: 1. The WCF guys chopped it this way to show what the Omega looks like, and the original pic does not have the crease on the bumper, as in the earlier spyshots 2. The orignal spyshots show a base model with an "SS" trim bumper, and the standard models do have a different grille than the spyshots, thus the crease
  4. Well... you have to understand, they do chopping for a living, so the BETTER be good at it...
  5. You have just committed a serious crime.
  6. From this angle I think it's rather hard to tell from the beltline, as I think that part has been chopped away in the original photos. The mirrors look like it has been swapped with Opel's, thus this would affect the area around it.
  7. And here's a closer look at the grille to help you out: http://www.worldcarfans.com/spyphotos.cfm/...en-chevy-impala
  8. Try a more bumper integrated grille as seen on the Aveo spyshot or the WTCC Ultra. I think the grille is integrated instead of a separate unit. Like this:
  9. Darn... I really need to rethink my chopping directions... Anyhow, thanks for the votes, everyone!
  10. I stand corrected. But anyhow, if this is the Malibu, that's effin' sweet! Much better than the current one.
  11. I'd pass this one, and simply ignore it. They just know jack about cars. How often do you read Forbes to buy a car, especially a base model compact sedan?
  12. How about a Century? Practically the same car, just not as sporty and has the 3.1L instead. Or an Impala?
  13. Got bored and started browsing AutoTrader, and found this: http://www.trader.ca/powerpage/details.asp...18&adid=5271685
  14. I'm actually more convinced the chop was based on the Commodore than the Malibu. Unless WCF somehow got a hold of the 2008 Malibu pics already. And no Saturn, please. Pontiac will be dead instantly.
  15. But the thing is, the original Omega/Catera platform spawned the previous-gen Commodore platform. So in a sense, Zeta does replace that. And no one ever said that Zeta must be powered by a V8. It should go nicely with a 3.6L or a 2.8L Turbo as well. But still, I maintain my point, yes for Opel, no for Saturn.
  16. Um... no... yours is heavier by like 300 pounds...Plastic vs. Steel...
  17. They're not piling Solstice + Sky + GT + G2X sales as one like Toyota does... right??
  18. Rear end looks like a Chrysler Concorde.
  19. Well, Opel will share models Saturn, but doesn't necessarily mean Saturn will mirror it. Tons of examples of this. Opel has a lot of cars that Saturn doesn't. Agila, Tigra, Zafira, just to name a few. Outlook is a good example too. Even the Opel GT isn't exactly the same as the Sky (product strategy-wise). Sky has a lower trim, whereas the GT is strictly a performance model. Also, Zeta was just my hypothesis. This car can very well sit on EPII and have AWD.
  20. http://www.worldcarfans.com/spyphotos.cfm/...new-opel-models Opel's Zeta, maybe?
  21. I just hope they won't end up rebadging a Phaeton as the Panamera...
  22. Nope, long gone. The GTP used to be the one with the SC3800, but it was replaced with the GXP V8.
  23. This is scary though. Imagine that the WLAN communication is not secure, anyone can intercept it and send bogus commands.I'm for the detecting collision and road hazard part, but not for the part where it actually alters the way the car drives.
  24. It looks very toyish for some reason... "YOU-ARE-A-TOY-CAR!!!!"
