  1. Chrysler really doesn't know how to build cars, but they do know how to build one hell of a van.
  2. I was trying to reply to Walt's post about his G6, but didn't really work. At first I couldn't even click reply, just gives me permission problems. Now I could reply, but post doesn't seem to show up. But then when I go back to the forum index, the post icon does show that I have replied.
  3. Sorry the car didn't work out for you. So far from what I hear the results of the panoramic roof repairs are very mixed. I guess my car isn't exactly perfect either. Brakes just refuse to stay working. Just starts wobbling once and a while.
  4. Funny you say that. I saw two in a row a few days ago.
  5. Oh wait, wrong quote, sorry. I was talking about vrazzhledazzle
  6. Are you sure it's the same price? Last time I checked a City Jetta, the Civic EX and the Corolla LE are all pricier than the Cobalt.
  7. And how is that a bad thing again? Don't forget Canada's biggest customer is the US.Perhaps "bullying" isn't the right word, more so taking a stick and beating some sense. Nobody should be bullying anybody. China acknowledges its problems, but it's slow in acting. Their growth is simply mathematically unsustainable. The longer China holds in a state like this, the more catastrophic the damage will be to the WHOLE global economy.
  8. So this is the new solid rear quarter option?
  9. Just make the 6-speed standard. In its market filled with import humpers, it'll need it. If anyone wants a 4-speed with a 4-cyl they can get a Malibu.
  10. So basically the G6 is almost doing the same thing as the new Malibu. Moving up in size and sucking up the sales from the Grand Prix move. Except that the G6 is going RWD.
  11. If there's anything I want from the Holden stuff... http://cgi.ebay.ca/Holden-Monaro-Convertib...1QQcmdZViewItem
  12. Although the Santana is still in production, it's not the one shown in the pic. I'm pretty sure it's just the same models already in market, just a manufacturing shift. As long as they don't start selling the Mk.II Jetta here, it should be fine.
  13. Saw a convoy of 30s Hot rods on the highway yesterday.
  14. Wouldn't the Dodge Attitude be a better solution?
  15. Try talking to your service provider. Usually these messages are sent via the web, and they should have a function to block messages sent from the web.
  16. Um... kay... Cavalier/Sunfire SS and Z22 dealer packages all over again.
  17. My friend came up with this idea: Basically have GM start a "reliability museum". By means that for owners who keep their cars in pristine and running condition for 20-30 years, GM will offer a brand new vehicle to them for half price (or free if it's a previous MY), and take their old car into the museum. The cars must be judged by independent judicator to be unmodified, pure stock and driven regularly with proper amount of miles on the car. Then GM can use this to market how reliable their cars are.
  18. The dash in the Cobalt is just mere generic. Nothing wrong with that, nothing outstanding, nothing offensive. Works right for a car of its class.
  19. The only reason I would ever consider a VW is for a TDI, but even that is overpriced, IMO.
  20. So starting this generation it's a direct clone of the Vectra right? If so we'll see it in flesh very soon...
  21. I knew the Calibra name's going to be back.
