  1. If it was Ontario, we have 8 characters: BLDG LGNS
  2. If the Solstice refresh is true, then it should read:"Designs that are so ugly + Performance at the speed of light so nobody sees it" instead.
  3. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! WHY DO YOU HAVE TO TREAT ME LIKE THIS???!!! Is my life doomed to be stuck with dying brands? First it was Oldsmobile. Then it's Pontiac.
  4. I take back all that I said about the 9-3 refresh in the past, being like a Sunfire. The white vert is a masterpiece.
  5. What I mean is the front doesn't look as chunky. Here's the current one: Well I guess it is a like or hate it thing... much like the final gen N-Body Skylarks...
  6. I don't understand car designs these days. It's on either side of the aerodynamics scale. Either it's a toaster on wheels with everything flat, or a jelly bean that hardly looks like a car anymore. Just body it like a Microbus already.
  7. I don't think Opel or Daewoo is sold in the Middle East, so I think it's not really a "nose job". The G5 is much worse when it comes to nose jobs. I think this is fine, and actually looks pretty good. Looks like a baby Acadia.
  8. Top row second picture clearly shows that the car's proportion is completely out of whack. They just crafted a huge frontend on, swapped the tail lamp units and called it a day. Come on, Daewoo, you can do better than this. The sedan was a much better effort.
  9. For one minute I was thinking WTF is wrong with the radio, but then I saw the cover. What's the point of that thing anyways? If I wanted a club sport model I would just order it without the radio. I don't need a cover there to pretend the radio's not there.
  10. Toyoguy disappeared off the face of this planet? Where is he when we need him?
  11. I do know what you're saying. I had crank windows in my Cavalier and I know what it's like. It's just that sometimes there is still a case to make crank windows, since it's only a convenience thing, and it's normal to make it an option. But putting all the world's convenience then forget about safety is inexcusable.
  12. Well it does look a wee bit better than the Highlander...
  13. I'm torn... I want a gray one with the spoiler on the orange one would work very well as my daily driver, but I don't want to get rid of my car... BTW, isn't that gray the Granite Gray Metallic?
  14. And what exactly is the problem with that? I would never order my Solstice with power windows.Honda did put in power windows, a stupid EL lit cluster that's on even when the sun is out, yet forgot the automatic headlamps so now I always have to drive at night next to idiots in Civics who thinks DRLs are headlights.
  15. Idiotic. If you buy American, it drives the USD UP!
  16. It looks like it's Pontiac's version of the Caliber, but the proportions reminds me of the Echo hatch.
  17. I think the HHR is sold in Japan.
  18. I don't have beef with the name Lumina (in fact we had one), but the name's just so 90s. And the wing's too big.
  19. Anyone care to upload the pics to imageshack or PB? Clicking is tiring. The chromed/silver grille looks out of place. A black one would work better. And why is this in GM news?

Never mind. I looked it up on the Chevy website, they're 18", and they're factory option. Probably leftovers from the discontinuation of the Cobalt SC.
  21. "Interior design shows cost-consciousness" Why on earth can't they just say "cheap interior".
  22. You have your Toyota goggles on. I have loads of import humper friends who bash my car on a daily basis, and even say the Corolla isn't great.
  23. Let's see...Honda - Civic Si comes in sedan form Mazda - Mazdaspeed3 and Mazdaspeed 6 are hatchbacks and sedans Toyota - They had the Corolla XRS, but that's out of the question, but again no coupe Chrysler - The Caliber SRT-4 is a hatchback I don't see the problem. It ain't no Corvette. More variations, more sales. I for one can't really see myself buying a coupe as a primary car.
  24. Anyone notice this one has the regular Pontiac arrowhead, and the SEMA Ed has the concept arrowhead?
