  1. Well we know at this point that Saturn, Chevy Trucks and GMC are getting hybrid models. Who else in GM should get a model with hybrid? It would be nice to see a Cobalt hybrid that can take out the Prius and Civic Hybrids in seconds.
  2. ^^^ That was what I was trying to do. I knew you would go berserk over it. Anyways. What is a Camaro if it's what I described? My point was if GM can't do it right, then don't bother bringing it back. They need a Mustang KILLER, not beater. Not just beat them, but bury them.
  3. Pontiac... Monterey??!! When did they get a rebadged Windstar? http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/bymodel/200..._Monterey.shtml
  4. The thing is the 300 and the Allure aren't really in the same class. Lucerne and 300 would be a bit fair.
  5. They should have at least made the crest an option.
  6. I think the current bar is fine. Family resemblance with the Malibu. I don't see why not.
  7. We're looking at $1.235 / Liter in the area. So regretful that I didn't tank up a day ago when it's still under a dollar.
  8. I guess they wouldn't guess either. With gas rising like this we may expect 10 bucks per gallon by 2015.
  9. ...and the one on the Pursuit looks like a pig's nose.
  10. But can you imagine what is this world like if EVERYONE is carrying a gun? First minute it's just a small argument, the next.. BLAAM!
  11. http://www.bttf.com/cgi-bin/ImageFolio3/im....jpg&img=16&tt= Because they exist in 2015!
  12. The thing is the Opel/Vauxhall forums aren't really busy at all anyways. In Europe Chevrolet means Daewoo, so I don't really think people are that interested.
  13. I wonder why the Chevy dealers aren't complaining. The PBG dealers complained that they needed the Pursuit because they didn't have a small car to fit the market, but they are actually stealing sales from the Cobalt.
  14. Our GA stock is long gone. Haven't seen them for a while. Most of them went to rental fleets I think. Forgot to mention last night, saw an S2000 on a used car dealer in Waterloo. So close to going inside and taking it for a swing just for the sake of it. But I guess the guy knows I'm not going to buy it. Who wants an S2000 when there's a Solstice coming anyways?
  15. You're at your 4th one? I see them in dozens everyday! I'm starting to treat them like any other cars on the road, i.e. not surprised seeing them. My (previous) boss told me he rented a Pontiac Grand Am and ended up in a G6. He owns a Saab 9-3 and he says the G6 drives really well.
  16. Well, I can't say that having a quiet car is a bad thing (in fact I hate the level of engine noise in my Cavalier), but is sometimes too quiet a bad thing? Especially a brand like Pontiac, shouldn't there be more engine noise to make it feel sportier? Surprisingly, a Sunfire is a bit more quiet than a Cavalier because it has slightly better materials. But shouldn't it be the other way around? Is it like we should make a Pontiac as quiet as a Buick? I remember there were reports that people complained the Porsche 996 was too quiet and in the new one they had to make it noisier.
  17. LOADS of 06 Impalas. Both on trailers and on the road. Two Coby SS SCs, one black and one yellow.
  18. Crown Vics? No match, I mean NO MATCH for the 1992-96 Caprices. Even the new ones, which are basically taking the same boring design and refreshing it a million times. Those Caprices, especially in the LTZ trims, looks elegant and what a full size sedan should look like.
  19. And gun stores. That's serious.
  20. I doubt now is the busy season for the car industry except for clearing out old stock at dealers. Wait till the auto shows come along and it'll be quite busy.
  21. No he won't. He'll just kill more cats. :P  Plus, I doubt he will care too much about 84. If you say 88 GT or Formula, he'll be in action.
  22. I WANTED the Alero instead of the Cavalier!
  23. Dealer claims that won't arrive in Toronto until November. Although the (buggy) GM Canada website claims a few dealers have one in stock.
