  1. Suddenly thought of this idea. Anyone think the Solstice can see some law enforcement uses? For example, a rugged version for use in highway pursuits as to replace the departed B4C Camaro? After all it's rear-drive, light, and packs a punch under the hood.
  2. I find this statement extremely unprofessional and biased. How can you judge the sales an unreleased model that is completely redesigned from the previous model? I'm so sick of the media always portraying an environment of sales for the imports. Although it's really not the first day that they're doing this...
  3. I agree it's not in the same league as the Camry and Fusion, but not quite full-size. Its size is around the departed Taurus. 500 is larger and Fusion is smaller. So somewhere between it. I would say it's for someone looking for room of a full-size, but in a mid-size package.
  4. From what I see is, to Sixty8, nothing matters as long as it's there with his criteria list fulfilled. Now I'm wishing more that GM bring it out according to my specs
  5. Sounds wierd that this policy is being enforced. When did it started? Trying to filter out those who just wanted to come into the lounge and start a war?
  6. But apparently it's not just Chevy and Saturn who decided to make the coupe and sedan to look different. Honda now follows the suit. If you look closely, the coupe and sedan nearly shares no parts. Different grille, different tails, etc.
  7. Yeah, the '03 Grand Prix was better than the new one, design-wise. Can't comment on the quality though.
  8. Back into Waterloo = expensive gas again. I don't bother tanking up, and I'll just get a little gas on an as-needed basis. 1.299 this morning...
  9. So in the States you deal directly with insurance companies??
  10. I think State Farm is out of auto insurance business already. They don't accept new policies.
  11. Yes it is. Ownership is GMAC, lessee is my dad. But the insurance must be under me, because my parents are in Hong Kong. Can't take the risk.
  12. Sorry... you won't understand how boring it could get when I'm trapped here alone in the house with only a bit of wireless signals...
  13. Should be late 1995 as MY1996 to 2000 as MY2001. Don't remind me that I'm driving a Toyota! It hurts my feelings :P
  14. Oh wait, reminds me of something. Malibu WAS slated to get hybrid... I forgot that...
  15. I'm not in a State, but a Province http://www.cheersandgears.com/public/style_emoticons//AH-HA_wink.gif Well, although my record is clean, but I only bought insurance for like 2 years plus I don't have anything else insured with the same company. I don't have anything else need to be insured. Ontario probably has the highest auto insurance rate Canada-wide. I only have a G2, and probably that contributes to the rate. The idea: insurance company must rip you off enough before they can give you the supposed rate. As I always say to my friends: there is one legal thief in this world, insurance companies.
  16. This is where you are wrong. There IS a page for Pontiac Montana on the same year. http://www.fueleconomy.gov/feg/bymodel/200...c_Montana.shtml
  17. I'm paying 5000+ for a 4-door base model Cavalier
  18. Same thing... you know what I mean. Miles seemed more literary :P
  19. Piece a cake. Vauxhall Cavalier. Same as the Opel Ascona. It's also a J-Body.
  20. Like what they did for FWD and 4-speed Hydramatics
  21. ... 40k kms that is. I guess it's still a lot younger than a lot of cars here... May more trouble-free miles come. :)
  22. Bought a few times from it. Particularly I got my Oakleys there B)
  23. Tempest in the dictionary actually means storm.
