Lose the Chevrolet word badge. Right now only the Daewoo models get that word badge, and it looks a bit cheap. The gold bowtie should be sufficient.

I personally don't mind, since I'd be looking into the mirror, not behind :P. But the thing is, it sounds like it's a common point of criticism. Also, seems that the Malibu is at a lower price point than the G6, and it just didn't make sense for the G6 not to have them.

For that price, I'd rather get a brand new computer. Probably would cost you less. At least you have the keyboard, mouse and monitor, you just need the system unit.

No, a second thought, definitely not my Cavalier. If I wait until the end of the lease and buy it out, I would end up paying like 21 grands for a base Cavalier. That was the reason I am not buying it. The dealer for some reason, listed two prices when we got the car. One was for cash and financing, the other for leasing. There was like a $2000 extra for some reason. I can't remember what it was exactly, but the difference was there.

I don't really mind the drivetrain, since I'm not going to be racing the car anyways. FWD probably would be safer for me, since so far I haven't handled a RWD car, and I'm sort of relatively new to driving (reaching 3 years). Carbiz - So is it that for a new car finance, I add all the fees you listed, minus deposit, add interest, then divide by number of terms? I really don't want to go into another lease, given the extra limitations and since I don't run a business, I don't really benefit from it. The lease I have now is giving me enough nightmares. I saw an Majestic Amethyst Metallic (does Pontiac use this name?) coupe sitting in front of a dealer the other day. I was in a hurry, I would have taken pics.

Actually this thing's pretty good (a rare comment from me about a Toyota). My sister's friend tend to have replaced her family's Mercedes S320 with this thing, since it was so much more practical and good on gas. It's pretty roomy as well, compared to many vans nowadays.

What else do I have to take into consideration other than the vehicle price and insurance? What hidden fees are there that I need to factor in?

Can anything bigger than a V8 be fit into the Corvette platform? I was thinking an XLR or Corvette beyond the Blue Devil, with something like a V12 or V16.
