  1. All right, in the interest of salvaging this thread, here's a pic of Trish Stratus: Discuss this pic or post more pics, but please stop arguing. If the bickering doesn't stop from this point forward, I'm locking this thread.
  2. Razor, I'm not going to try to sway your beliefs, but I'll say this: This thread is titled "Movie Stars and Musicians You'd Love to Have Naked Right in Front of You". That means: Straight men can post pictures of women. Straight women can post pictures of men. Gay men can post pictures of men. Lesbian women can post pictures of women. The only requirement is that which goes with other Lounge threads - that the pics be work safe. Obviously everyone's definition of "hot" is different. What makes Li'l Razor stand up straight is different from what makes Li'l O.C. stand up straight, or Li'l Ocnblu. If you don't like what you see, skip past it and/or post more pics of things you like. It really is that simple. EDIT: spelling, grammar, and some humor
  3. hey razor, instead of complaining about all the guy pics, how about posting some more Sandra Bullock pics
  4. *throws up half-digested ravioli*
  5. Looks very nice, Fly. It's more subtle than the Bonne's, but a bolder color would detract from the overall appearance. BTW, how is the ordeal with the insurance companies/making your car roadworthy again going?
  6. I got 35.6MPG out of my automatic 2.2L Cobalt on a five-hour drive from LI to Cortland, NY, loaded with my father and a weekend's worth of luggage. The back seat isn't bad, but then again I'm only 5-4. I wouldn't cram anyone much bigger than that back there. What size cups do these guys put in the cupholder? I've used them for the big Cruiser cups (like the ones at Taco Bell), and I haven't spilled anything yet. I don't usually carry much in my car, but I can see lack of storage being an issue. Easy fix for the '08 MCE: move the parking brake to the floor, and make a nice, deep storage console. The glove box is plenty big.
  7. I bought mine on Amazon.com. The 2007 version is available for $25.
  8. For those that want 'em, here's the pics of the LaCrosse I rented. After the car wash I took it back to the Red Roof Inn I was staying at for a brief photo op. I was mistaken in my last post about the wheels. They actually weren't shiny. The LaCrosse is a bit hard to find in this pic. Look very closely, and you'll see it just to the right of that big black blob.
  9. Love this commercial. Harl, do you have The Corvette Anthology on CD-ROM? If not, get it, because it has this commercial along with several others, including the banned C6 commercial, and a C5 commercial that I saw exactly once.
  10. This has all the makings of a very calculated move by Britney. Marry a scumbag, have kid(s) with him, then dump him because he's a scumbag and raise the kids as a single mom. Oh well, now Federline (I refuse to call him K-Fed) has more time to focus on his career as a WWE Superstar. Hopefully Cena bitch slaps the yellow off his teeth on New Year's Day. He's a joke. Suddenly Vanilla Ice isn't so uncool.
  11. "I got mail. Yaaaaaaaay!" j/k. I'm in the same boat as you re: the Silverado. I've been itching to price out a regular or extended cab with the sportside bed, but no dice. EDIT: extended cab not cap. Lousy fingers.
  12. Now that, my friends, is a Lincoln. Great pick up, XP. Lots of luck wih it.
  13. if you want FI, there's the RamJet 350, or if you have enough clearance, the 502 (argh argh argh). There's also the LSx crate engines, which should have the wiring harness available.
  14. NOS, you've got another gig tonight. Happy birthday, Drew!
  15. I rented it in SAT this past year. I had reserved a subcompact (Aveo) through Alamo, who rents mainly GM. After seeing the Aveo and doubting whether or not I could get a bike in one, I upgraded to a compact (Cobalt) and they gave me two free upgrades. I took the shuttle to the lot, and I was getting ready to load my luggage into a blue LaCrosse CX when one of the lot attendants drives up in this fully loaded charcoal CXS and says, "Hey, why don't you take this one instead?" After noticing the polished wheels, sunroof, and leather, I quickly take him up on his offer.
  16. I love the 3800 dearly, but I gotta stick up for the HFV6 here. I rented a LaCrosse CXS (3.6L) for a week over the summer. The engine quietly and smoothly did its job, with copious amounts of power readily available at all times. It made the Nissan VQ I rented last year (in an Xterra) seem like an old Iron Duke, both in terms of power delievery and overall refinement. Depsite some spirited driving with it, I still managed 24-26MPG in mixed driving. Although it's a relatively unknown quanitiy at this point (compared to the 3800, SBC, and Ecotecs), I'm impressed enough to want one in my next car. I took that car down pothole-laden dirt roads at 45mph, and it felt solid as a rock with not a squeak or rattle. I loved my experience with it so much, I treated it to a self-serve car wash just before I gave it back.
  17. Well that's good news, coming from someone who'd like to slip into a CPO CTS with the Sport package in a couple of years.
  18. Yeah, we'll all meet him there. * snicker *
  19. Meatball sandwich all the way. Or, next time you make your patented pita-bread pizza, slice them up and sprinkle them on top.
  20. I love the 3rd gen verts and will own either an RS like this or an IROC 'vert before I die. Great find, zhawk. Interesting fact - the 3rd gen Camaro convertible weighed no more than the coupe. The additional weight added from the structural reinforcements was cancelled out by the removal of the huge rear glass.
  21. Actually the ones on the SS/SC aren't chrome - they're a gunmetal finish. The Cobalt SS with the 2.4L has the polished chrome wheels.
  22. Love the red calipers, and the sexy car they're attached to. Where in NY are you from?
  23. I sure do. I think they're on the PC at work. I'll forward it to you tomorrow. I already have my pic picked out. I'll be sending it shortly, Fly.
  24. Wow, it's hard to believe I've been a member for almost four years (Jan 03 start date). I remember looking for info on the 5th gen Camaro and C&G would always come up first or second on the Google search results. I still have the chop that made up my first post:
  25. This is one ugly fat-ass truck that's trying too hard to be macho.
