  1. Pssst....Toni's from Toronto No need to apologize for Bryan Adams, but can you please, please, please take back Avril Lavigne?
  2. Yeah, the hardest part will be paying for it
  3. Wow, that interior looks......exactly like my car's. Though I do like the way the new radio looks in the dash. I could definitely use the AUX jack, so I might try my hand at a swap when the '07s come out.
  4. I think the G6 coupe looks best in the buff. Every one of those spoilers looks tacked on and unnecessry.
  5. What a coincidence, so did I :AH-HA_wink:
  6. Hmm...If I pop off the twin kidney grille, will I find a Chevy crossbar under there? I can deal with this car if it's just a placeholder until a RWD four or five seat coupe/sedan is ready at arond the turn of the decade. Something tels me tha's wishful thinking, though

    E85

Yep, that's it. E85 is more corrosive to steel than regular gasoline, so the fuel delivery system needs to be made out of a different material.
  8. Just downloaded the new Def Leppard cover of "Rock On"....and it does just that.

    birthdays...

Happy Birthday, my friend. I've been thinking of what to get you, and I think I've found it: wait for it... wait for it..........................
  10. I already answered this question June 23rd of last year when I took delivery of a Cobalt
  11. Just to clear the air, post counts don't increment in the lounge. So Word Association didn't do diddly for anyone's post counts. +1 (not really) :P
  12. It could also be tbe weather changes too. I noticed a 2mpg bump as soon as it started staying above freezing around here.
  13. Congrats, YJ. I hope she brings you lots of happiness.
  14. Oh, and I should probably add that my first thought when seeing "Rascal" was "OMG, he got so lazy that he doesn't even want to walk anymore and bought a Rascal scooter." Yeah, I went there.
  15. Congratulations BV. You have a new friend for life. His body shape and coloring reminds me a lot of my English Pointer/Dalmatian mix. He has a little more black on him than my dog, but they look like they could have come from the same litter, aside from the huge age difference.
  16. The orange GXP....hands down.
  17. Another FBI: 75% from Naples, 25% from Sicily
  18. They're not really classic metal either. More like comic book characters with instruments.
  19. The best way I can answer that is "It's on my list" :AH-HA_wink:
  20. It's more or less the typical first model year crap. From what I understand the '06s are much better.
  21. That looks pretty sweet. The stance is excellent. The only nitpick I have is that I hope the triangle of camo on the c-pillar covers sheetmetal and not glass. That would make for a most sexy greenhouse
  22. There's a TSB on that. I believe it's #05-08-64-036B. Basically the fix is wider trim cups to cover the material better. I have the same problem on the passenger's side. Next week when I bring it in for the earl change I'll let them know about it. I don't think I've had that one, though I probably have a different radio than your mom. If your mom has the auto, this sounds like an issue with the park/neutral safety switch. You can't remove the key unless the car is in park or neutral. Next time that happens, try moving the gear selector down, then jamming it into park. Your car is probably still under warranty, so of course all of this should be fixed on them.
  23. I could never beat a car. If I owned it, it would get the same love and care that I give my other cars.
  24. If Honda/Toyota/Nissan can build trucks, SUVs, and minivans off of a sedan/coupe platform, then why can't GM take a similar approach. That is probably the ONE thing I'll openly admit that the Japanese have on GM, the ability to use one platform for a variety of purposes. You have to admit that GM's so-called "architectures have so far not been as flexible as they were originally said to be. IIRC, some of you were complaining about GM making Kappa as inflexible as it is, and yet when we try to speculate on what *could* be done with a Kappa successor (in an attempt to make the business case for such a platform even clearer), there isn't agreement but still more scoffing???
  25. Pontiac: Solstice, plus another 2dr, 3dr, 4dr, and 5dr Chevy: Nomad, HHR replacement, Camaro, ideally, a lighter, stiffer version could be used for the Corvette as well Buick: "Skylark" (a C-class slayer) Cadillac: BLS, BLR, BLC, XLR (see Corvette explanation) Saab: "Sonnet" roadster, a coupe based off the Aero-X. Holden: Torana (2dr, 3dr, 4dr, 5dr, roadster), maybe even a smaller version of the Ute. Opel GT, Speedster, Corsa, Tigra Hummer Patriot competitor GMDAT A replacement for what is now the Chevy Tornado
