  1. It's allright...but in typical Chrysler fashion of late, it's interior appears to be a stylized block. Nothing that would really make me want it over another S-Series or a Frontier.
  2. I'll take my XR 3-door in metallic red w/the 6-speed! Very nice.
  3. I like what they did to the Titan and Pathfinder...they look good. I can't really say the same about the Armada.
  4. photosynthesis (painful part of AP Bio)
  5. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...but there's no substitute for the original. At least it looks professional.
  6. There was apparently an anti-Bush/war demonstration somewhere in DC on Saturday. It made the already burdened Metro even more clogged, since the Yellow Line was sharing trains with the Green Line. EasyShare's working now, so I'll have some of my own pics up soon.
  7. Yay...we finally get the Commodore!
  8. When we ordered our FiOS, we had some connectivity issues with my computer, but the tech support ironed them all out. I don't know why it took my parents so long to upgrade to this...it's wonderful. We're about to dump Comcast for the FiOS tv, too.
  9. Happy Birthday, Variance--glad to hear it was a good one!
  10. More of just a thought and less than a mantra, but I've found myself thinking lately "The grass is always greener, but it's probably astro-turf", or just "Meh."
  11. I went today...great show. I wasn't expecting the new Malibu. I got a ton of pictures plus 2 videous of Chevy's Dynometer Lab, but Kodak's EasyShare program's being anything but easy right now. I've got about half of them loaded onto my computer. I'll put them up in due time.
  12. The Razor was ugly...lots of Dodge concepts of the time are were ugly. Hopefully, whatever we get'll be better-looking than the Razor. That said, I'd rather see the money used to make the existing products more competitive. The Caliber I sat in at the auto show was comical. The Avenger was merely average. Those should be taken care of before Dodge gets another product.
  13. Well, we got the Venture back today. It had a corroded battery terminal and hose replaced, in addition to some other leaky hoses replaced and the fuel injectors were cleaned. The recall for U-bodies issued ~2005 was taken care of as well. We had to return the Mazda6 today, which entailed watching my mom get into a disagreement with the guy behind the counter over the gas tank. I'll have my impressions of that one up sometime this weekend. Venture's running fine now.
  14. Dammit, I wanted to be the C&G attendee at the Washington Show! Kidding aside, did it seem crowded? Last year's seemed a bit packed, but I plan to be there tomorrow, armed with my 6.1 megapixel Kodak. Should be fun.
  15. Hey...you're in Chelmsford. We stopped there for a bite to eat on our way up to Bar Harbor, ME a few years ago. My mom went funny over how "quaint" she thought it was. I'd like to take part in the scavenger hunt, but...428 miles is a bit of a hurdle to jump even with a car. I can say that I've seen #s 1,3, and 5 before, though.
  16. In my experiences, driving any transmission aggressively takes a notch out of shift quality...even my cousin's Sienna.
