  1. Well, we were planning to go visit my grandparents and enjoy Ocean City before it effectively goes out of season, but the perpetual issues among my uncle, his wife, and my grandad basically trashed those plans (grandad told my parents he never wants to see any of us again). No loss to me, really. Anyways, I think I'll be spending at least an evening looking into different colleges, something I've been meaning to do. I'm leaning towards York College of PA right now. I also think I'll pull my bike out and ride it around the neighborhood.
  2. Behold, my vast fortune in Canadian currency...a whopping $16.35!
  3. The brakelights on the wagon could've been executed better. Otherwise, both look great.
  4. Another Quattroporte (gunmetal grey/red leather), though I didn't see this one in Philadelphia.
  5. disposable (contacts pwn glasses)
  6. If cars today sold on heritage, Oldsmobile would still occupy the spot in the hierarchy that Saturn's trying to fill now.
  7. The SS United States, USS Olympia, Penn's Landing, Franklin Square, and a Quattroporte.
  8. I'd still buy one, Chevy badge or not.
  9. It looks like Dodge lifted that gauge pod right out of our '87 Ram van. It's only slightly better-looking than the hideous retro gauges Lincoln's been churning out. Could be better, but not bad.
  10. It looks hungry. Fix the front end, and it'd be better.
  11. Is your ABS light coming on and staying on? Ours was doing that for a while until dad finally caved in and took it to the shop we use. It turned out that the right front hub assembly went bad and had to be replaced. The ABS light's been off ever since, and all problems associated with it (ABS and AWD disable lights coming on, horrendous road noise, vibrating brake pedal, degraded ride quality) have vanished.
  12. Mmm...Redhot is hot. I'd love to own one.
  13. I'm so sorry to hear that, K.C. My deepest condolences to you and your family.
  14. I like it. It's less stodgy that what it's replacing; the coupe is particularly attractive. In terms of interior design, though, I'm not impressed. I feel that it's lacking warmth to it, much like the current crop of BMWs. IMO, the '08 Malibu has the better-looking interior.
  15. Uhm, why does VW feel that it needs another model when it's having trouble selling what it's already got? It looks ugly, too.
  16. Eh...it's not bad, but I like the last-gen M much better.
  17. Eh...it looks like a tall G35 with a hatch. Nice interior, though.
  18. It's rare. I'll have someone stop while I'm out mowing the lawn or washing the car and ask me how they'd go about getting to MD-198 or I-95.
  19. Northern California, particularly the SF Bay area. The climate sounds wonderful, among other things.
