  1. I swear... there must be a wiki on everything.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corvette_leaf_springs
  2. hehe... I just replaced two fans on my computer so at least I'm not concerned about overheating. Share the love.
  3. Ugh... With all the host problems, I've apparently missed a few topics.
  4. hehe... it tastes good bitch
  5. Anyone ever see this before? http://www.disappearing-car-door.com/
  6. For $100k, I'll take an XLR-V instead. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ............................ not.
  7. Agreed, but here is where we fall victim to the 'perception' of the consumer. Camry/Accord drivers perceive their cars as premium branded items... when they're not. Reality should eventually set in and they'll realize they drive vehicles that compete against Chevrolet, Hyundai, and Ford... not BMW.
  8. I'm licking it so far.
  9. fixed.
  10. Ever tried telling a Camry or Accord driver that Lexus and Acura make better cars? Good luck with that one... From my experience, Camry and Accord drivers tend to have the delusion their cars are as good as or better than many of the near-luxury/mid-luxury offerings offered by the same (Lexus/Acura) or different companies (Cadillac/BMW/Mercedes-Benz).
  11. Welcome aboard guys!

  13. What happened to the GM Death Watch? Oh... it's still going... It's on 157 now... When this dies... then maybe I'll let up on the media bias.
  14. I'm happy to see this confirmed. This should help unite Buick US & Chinese design. Both markets need to be comfortable with the same design language. I see no problem with the Riviera concept being accepted in the US as a projection of future Buick design. I think the LaCrosse is going to shock a lot of people. It's as critical to Buick as Cadillac's 2008 CTS.
  15. I like what I see so far. It makes a better step-up from the Passat than the Phaeton did. The Phaeton was a great car, but there was too much of a gap between the Phaeton and Passat that the Touareg couldn't fill alone.
  16. Is it remotely possible Hyundai is considering a new division called Genesis? It could still be sold through Hyundai stores... Hyundai/Genesis dealerships that meet a certain criteria... But please tell me this car will not be sold as a Hyundai Genesis?
  17. So, based on your observations, BMW's Mini division is destined to fail? I think they're updating "Retro" just fine.
  18. I've always thought of the HHR as Chevrolet's version of a Toyota Matrix. It's a Corolla wagon but with different styling and name. Same with the HHR and Cobalt. Chevrolet should have "officially" called it the Cobalt HHR and calculated the sales total under Cobalt just like Toyota does with the Corolla. Which sells more? Matrix or HHR? Fleet or not?
  19. Sorry for the late arrival. Happy B-Day BV!
  20. Hehe... Eat your heart out USA Today. Another good review for the Chevrolet Malibu which happened to be in today's Seattle Times Motoring section. Even though the article was provided by The Virginian-Pilot, it's good to see a local source print a positive review. Love the Nordstrom reference at the end. Should resonate with locals. http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/moto...vymalibu07.html
  21. Congrats! Happy Birthday!
  22. I expected it to be Altima 4th, Camry 3rd, Malibu 2nd, and the Accord 1st. I don't care for the new Accord, but I'll easily admit the Accord is a better car than the Camry. The Camry being 1st is
  23. What? When you first started driving a stick, you didn't think "Safety First?"
  24. I wasn't actually questioning if G8 production was coming to the US or not... It was to bring attention to another recent article that had controversial details where feedback contradicted the article. NorthStar got my point
