  1. It is too bad every time I go to that link from here or the GMC site it never works. Does it have high traffic or whats the deal?
  2. It could have been the new "Sport" model. I've seen a few on the road already and they look pretty nice. There was one in front of me on the way home last week that had a M-Plate on it and he was driving it like it is supposed to be, it had a very nice exhaust note.
  3. Can this topic be moved to the Saturn section? Apparently I'm an idiot today, Monday is not going too hot for me I guess.
  4. The one major gripe about this test is their problem with the Aura's 0-60 and 1/4 mile times. I thought these were Hybrids not drag cars. There are some good points to the Aura, but in the end you know who takes down the General once again.
  5. How do you think they ranked? Courtesy of Inside Line. http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drive...photopanel..2.*
  6. Sorry about the 3 posts!! A little server error on my end.

    2008 model info

So when will GM update all their sites with the 2008 model info. I know for a fact that 08s are on dealer lots and more are arriving daily. Wouldn't you think that they would have their new info on the sites rolled out already so people can start shopping or researching for new car/truck/crossover? Can someone enlighten me...thanks.
  11. VW's used to be more fun. Now they are fat, bloated, and overpriced. It is disgusting how these cars have become candidates for a weight loss clinic, but yet the prices keep going up. My friend has a R32 and it is a fun car but I still think his 91/92 Gti was one of the most funs cars I have driven or been in. Not too mention it weighs a ton less than his current R32. I think the push for safety these days has killed alot of cars that were fun in their earlier days.
  12. It is pretty sad that people have to take it out on other peoples property. Why not be more constructive than using vandalism as an excuse. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19818804/
  13. GM has more engines in the works than you think. So of course 'ol Bob is going to be elusive when it comes to this.
  14. Just do it already!! I mean how long are we going to have to wait for the Hummer H4 anyway??!!!! If Jeep comes out with this I may have to jump ship because this will only give Jeep more of an upper hand. If what I have heard going into late 07/08 they will have a diesel in the Wrangler lineup which will make me want a Wrangler even more!
  15. Gas is still around $3.26 to $3.39 for unleaded here in the great economy state of Michigan.
  16. The 4.5L is sweet, what a cool looking engine when you see it in person.
  17. This has nothing to do with the radio ads but the magazine publication ads. I just received my new August issue of Automobile magazine and the Cadillac ad in there for the 08 STS seemed like it was written by a 1st grader. Just horrible!!
  18. I find their site to be one the worst in my opinion. It could use some work. I would rank Pontiac's website next and then Chevrolet. I like GMC, Cadillac, and Saturn's websites, I can't really say about Buick's because I have not been there in a long time.
  19. Why would you do a 7-seater Grand Cherokee when the Commander has seating for 7 already, that seems redundant in itself. Like I said before get rid of the crap, G/C, Liberty, and Compass. Leave the Wrangler, add the JT concept, leave the Patriot and the Commander.
  20. What they are not telling you is that the 1,200 jobs are already filled because everyone is transfering from other test facilities. It is not like you can go apply for a job and get hired that day, or am I just trying to explain what is already known from the article?
  21. I don't mind the Patriot, my girlfriend was looking at one a while ago and they aren't too bad for a softroader. They did offer a midly decent offroad package for it, even though it would be limited to what it could. And then I read an article through an offroad magazine that put it to it pretty good and they were even surprised. Dump the Compass, I'm not a fan of the Liberty and maybe say so long to the Grand Cherokee. The Commander can do everything that the role the G/C plays, as far as passenger capacity and load hauling ability. They need to come out with the JT concept that thing is very very cool!!
  22. Man, I would love to have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. That name is a mouthful, say that as fast as you can. I know they stopped taking orders on 07s and pushed everyones orders over to 08s. They just can't build enough of them, it was funny though, yesterday I saw a 2-door Wrangler with an M-plate on it broken down on the side of the road just before the Chrysler Tech Center. Jeep needs to stop flooding their own brand I agree. There are too many models it seems, I think they need to strip away the fat before its too late.
  23. How the hell did they fit a 3rd row in the H2 anyway?! Didn't they used to have a jumpseat in the back and that was only reserved for kids under 2ft.
  24. We did have 256 Trailblazers in the pep program here, now I think we are down to single digits. So they must be selling, a guy I work with said he was very luck to tag one. I do know and I have said this before, all the development work and anything else for that matter is done on the Line 6 engine.
  25. I would love to have one of these cars. 50mpg is just amazing, I can only get from 16-19mpg in my truck...OUCH!!
