  1. I like it from the front shot, but now the Equinox/Torrent are even more similar (impossible as that sounds). Give teh Equinox a better engine/tranny and ditch the Torrent, ot vise versa
  2. I further disagree. The Fit looks like it is from the 90's, the Yaris looks modern, if not exactly pretty. I like the Fit's interior a lot though, easily best in class IMO.
  3. Not the Cobalt specificaly, but several GM products, and not just GM...Chrysler, Ford, Hyundai, Kia, and some Toyota models do it too.
  4. Dell is stupid, plus they suck hard. AMD is far superior to Intel, both in performance and cost. Back to the topic at hand.
  5. It looks like it can be replaced, t's a stereo head unit, not fully inegrated. It just looks that way cuz it's color matched, unlike some companies who thrive on cheap black plastic.
  6. Reg...are you farsighted? Does your monitor suck that hard? Or are you just fixated on trying to make the cars the same? The front and rear glass...none of the glass is the same. The shapes an angles are different, and I'm willing to be the dimensions are too. Must I draw it out for you? C'mon reg, give it up..or are ou a glutton for punishment?
  7. I kinda like the interior. The exterior on he other hand, ew. I like it less and less each time I see it.
  8. Ah, my bad then, but still, my point is the Ram is hardly a wussy truck.
  9. Yeah, they are different, but the basic shape is there.
  10. That's pretty horrible. My Shadow and Jessica's Prizm are built better than that. It may be an absused showcar, but how hard is it to fix the flaws before displaying it? It makes teh Aura look pretty crappy next to the new Altima and Sebring, which look quite well built from the pictures Ted took. C'mon GM, this car looks great, building the f@#king thing as good as it looks. Question: are the door arm rests hard plastic or soft? I have to say, out of the Sebring, Altima and Aura, I like the Aura's the least. I hate how the center stack isn't symmetrical, and how the controls just look shoved in their, but at least in metallic trim it looks better.
  11. It looks better than the Fit or the Yaris.
  12. Chrysler called, they wank teh Sebring's headlights back. The interior is nice though.
  13. Family resemblance? Sure. Shared exterior/interior parts I think not. I can see obvious differences, and you should be able to, that is unless you've been living under a rock and your eyes are too sensative too light The door handles are not shared, they have a different shape, they also have a different placement. Also, until you have structural diagrams to prove otherwise, I doubt innards are the same. There's nothing wrong with a family resmblance, it's just that most other car companies have yet to get all their cars to share a common theme, they keep changing it or can't come up witha decent one. Only Dodge has really had a consistant, long-term theme (crosshair grill). Good Game, Try again.
  14. Interior design looks quite nice, the tail lights are a bit busy...but that style should appeal to the targeted age group. Way better than the old one. I happen to like the 3-spoke.
  15. Hmm, my gf's Prizm has a dead space below the left air vent closest to the door., but my Shadow doesn't. Models without fog lighst for example had different housings so they didn't have blank buttons.
  16. That is a very nice interior, though the center stack reminds me of the tC's
  17. I liked the SR a lot, looked very good. I saw a 3-door Accent last week in blue, I have to say it looks pretty nice.
  18. How are the materials? That's what I'd really like to know. It's growing on me, but the exterior still looks a bit awkward.
  19. Wow BV, we agree on something. The car may loook similar, but unless your're blind, you can see it's completely different. I for one much perfer this design to the previous Altima, especially the back, which looks much nicer and less fat looking and full of empty space. The interior I like a lot, and I don't think it looks cheap either. The only thing is that I think I actually prefer it without the Nav, design-wise anyway. I do happen to like the 4-spoke wheel, I think it is a very interesting design, without being overdone. The exterior is great, A+, the interior looks very nice too, A, and the features (powerful V6 and available manual): sweet. A+. Great Job nissan...now go fix that ugly Armada.
  20. Now Fry, to each his own, but I personally think the Ram is still better looking than even the redesigned GM trucks. It's hardly a "poseur" truck if it has similar hauling and towing capacity (give or take), is faster loaded and unloaded than Ford's F150 or the current gen Silverado, and has a more powerful V8 than Ford, and if I remember, you could only get the 345 horsepower V8 in the Silverado SS (what a joke that truck is). Now, I happen to be very pleased with these new trucks, and the interiors look pretty good (though the F-150 is still my favorite), but Ram being a poseur? Hardly. The Tundra on the other hand...well I think you and I can agree on that truck
  21. oh man, I remember 3.1...sucked hard
  22. ---> 209k miles on Shadow tranny and counting
  23. `71 Challenger, Mitubishi Raider
  24. This too Wow BV we agree on something! I like teh current one better, but this looks alright too.
  25. eeww Give me 300/Charger/Magnum with a Hemi over that thing anyday, especially if they get better gas milage than it. Still, the exterior isn't bad and the interior is pretty sweet looking.
