I remember that test, but interestingly in that same test the Ram was faster than any of the others when under load. Go Figure. I'm not convinced it's faster than the Ram by assloads of time. Remember that Ford commercial pitting the then new F-150 againstthe Ram hemi and it won by a lot (knocking off the Ram commercials). We all know an F-150 can't do that in real life. So I'll wait and see about the Tundra.

Our `86 Caravan makes a noise like that on sharp turnns..especially when turning left. If I remember right it was the ball joint.

For the most part I find that's been the case for a lot of DCX cars. For example, I didn't like the Charger at first...but now it's gornw on me a lot. I do like this, the front end is a bit much but looks good in top models

I think this will be pretty successful considering it'll be cheaper and more fuel efficient than the Durango. Plus the Boxy styling is popular these days (like the xB...even though I hate it).

As aspected only a few of people like it without insulting comments, and of course BV hates it..and Fly...same old same old. Sciguy likes it...he seems moreopen minded than most of the members sometimes. Me? I like it...base model sucks but it's base so oh well. Gimmie one in black with the 4.0 please.

Rather than stuffing a V8 with a 4 speed in it...which I wouldn't be surprised is the case...why not a powerful and more fuel efficient V6 with a 6-speed? Also...I recall C&D co mparing it and found the ride to get messy when teh road became less than perfect, and the backseat cramped...

I like the Raider...I don't get why more of them sell...it's a Dakota but not ugly...and I see plenty of a Dakotas...

In the rain I'm not sure FWD is any better than RWD, but I can tell you from experience, FWD is 10 times better in the snow than RWD...and AWD is just godly.

It's funny how so many of you are bitching about the design when e have yet to even see what the car will look like as a Pontiac. Even if it is just a Commodore with a Pontiac grill and badges...who cars? it looks good and better than anything in the lineup save the Solstice. How do you guys define a Pontiac's looks? Aztek? Grand Prix? G6? First 2 are ugly and teh third looks Japanese. At least this is RWD, and will no doubt handle well. Quit yer bitchin' and be thankful Pontiac is at least getting an RWD car!

I guess I just never caught a post of you complimenting the Charger I personally like it the best...with a nod to the 300's interior design/colors. I think it's certainly a better buy...3.5 and a 5-speed VS 2.7 and a 4-speed. I still think the 300 is a good design...mafia looks and all...especially in black.

Been saving that haven't you? Still...I think they should just sae this "super" and the V8 for a redesign on a better platform. FWD V8 with probably a 4-speed = not good.

I'll give you the pricing structure and stupid 2.7 in the 300...personally i think none of them should have that engine... I can't agree about the styling (though it's sujective).

Oh joy...another lame attempt at being a performance car by throwing a V8 into an old FWD platform...Funny how only GM could think this idea up (and thank god). F this thing and put the saved money towards a full redesign on a platform from this Millenium...and make it RWD...then stuff a V8 under the hood.
