Jessica and I went to the New England International Auto Show on Sunday (yesterday) It was sweet! This is also my first real auto show that I've been to. Since it's late and I have almost 200 photos to go through...I'll start posting tomorrow! I'll also post some in-depth comments on various vehicles I sat in, including the Nitro, 300 SRT-8, Equinox, LS, Fusion, Navigator, Elantra, XK, Sebring Limited, Ram Mega Cab, Tundra and several GMT-900s including the Silverado. A few other highlights: I have one major complaint about the GMT-900s...why do none of them have a driver's side grab-handle? Even the Chevy representative couldn't figure it out. I made a Buick representative sad when I commented how Saturn gets a 6-speed while the Lucerne doesn't. I heard some very positive comments about the Aspen The LS has the nicest interior on the show floor. Period. DCX's interior materials are not nearly as bad as everyone makes them out to be. A lot of GM's textures are similar to DCX's The Caliber interior however, disappoints majorly. The Patriot looks like a Jeep! The XK is sexy as hell. I got pics of the Sebring Limited's interior! Sat inside an Acadia and got pics of the Outlook. The Ford 500 has crappy cupholders Reg. The Fusion has the best interior materials of the mid-size sedans. The Impala was a huge disappointment inside. The `07 Equinox exhibits poor build quality. The Navigator impressed us both. I finally found a new wallet I like! I finally found a new wallet that has everything I want!

They'll live...it's their fault for having dial-up still...get with the 21st century!

Looks alright, but the headlighjts look like they are just floating there, and aren't part of the design. This has been one of my main issues with the Tundra. The design isn't as cohesive as it could be. It's not bad, but no knockout.

That is one hell of an interior...and the exterior looks very nice as well. Bring it here GM...I don't care what they call it, just bring it!

I just browsed through the thread in question for teh first time. All i can say is that a lot of those guys have really stupid facial expression...someone needs to go to Photography 101 Anyway this is yet another pointless rant by razor...I've been seeing a lot of them lately. I don't care for the guy pictures, but that's what the scroll bar/button is for. Y'know..that rolling thing on the mouse between the right button and the left one?

The chop itself is nice, but yeah...you murdered the Camaro Also that front end..fix that and make it look more like a normal car and it'll be pretty cool.

What rock have you been under? or is that sarcasm. I'd except the Envoy to have large rebates...it's old. Anyway the article is right about the Compass...wtf were the DCX exects thinking? Get rid of that thing ASAP and just keep the Patriot.

What about the Yaris? from it's unrefined engine to its stupid cupholder design/placement to lack of quality in the switchgear to those damn gauges to the ugly styling...it deserves to be a TWAT

That's true, but then even with only 3 of its 5 gears (which is soon to be fixed) it never feels slow, and it sunds good throughout the rev range. Not thrashy or anything (unlike the Shadow's 2.5), and it cruises effortlessly at 70, 80...you know, whatever you can get away with

They called the concept a "modified LX" but if I recall riht, the next gen Charger/300/Magnum(?) and the Challenger will be LY...which is a futher evolution of the LX platform. Anyway, I see a lot of Pacificas on the rad...why not redesign a popular car? Where's the logic in that? It sold poorly the first year cuz of bad priceing/optioning. After they fixed it they seemed to be everywhere.

Meh, they should build the Firepower not this. Did they ever decide the Firepower's fate?

Hot Wheels has a nice GTO, Firefbird, and Camaro convertible in their lineup. They also have the Challenger concept.

I think new wheels are a fine idea, although the car is great as is, congrats! Personally, I like the badge on the decklid.

Seems fair. While the mileage is good, it's nowhere near as impressive as our Prizm, which averages 40+ mpg and that's fully loaded.
