Folks, this is what an NA designed G8 will look like. Be afraid, be very afriad. Get this G8 now while it hasn't been f@#ked up!

It wears the Cherokee look much better than teh Commander does...which makes sense since it's about the size of the Cherokee...they just need to rename it "Cherokee" now. Anyway, I like it a lot...best new product yet from jeep besides the Wrangler as far as looks are concerned. I wonder if the interior really will only have slight changed from the Nitro...we'll see soon I guess. As for people's complaints about the interior...function follows form...it's a Sport Utility Vehicle in the truest sense of the phrase. It may not have the best plastics...but anyone buying a Nitro is not intending to glide their ass across the dash to ensure smoothness and softness.

Now that's funny. It has a picture of the characters flipping people off and they think it's a bomb? And they've been in place 2-3 weeks? Good thing they weren't bombs or we'd all be screwed. I wonder if they raised the terror alert because of this? We're such a paranoid society that we can't tell the differece between a pixel character and a bomb! What's or society coming to...

Holy crap! Congrats dude!

The "999999999" miles on it, coupled with the fact that this guy can't spell for $h!, and no VIN number raise the red flags to me. Also, why are there 2 different ones? Are they both up for bid?

I'd take tthe Malibu over this any day. Nicer interior, exterior (and it doesn't remind me of the Sebring and an L Serie love child) Plus it's just a rebadged Daewoo...why does Chevy Europe sell mostly Daewoos anyway? I would think the new Malibu would be good enough for all markets?

I know, but my comp was down, so I couldn't rescan it) -
By summer the Quad Core AMDs should be out...I can't even image the power those things will have. Once you know, you Newegg :AH-HA_wink:

My problem with GXT's post from teh Volkt thread stem from this post: I don't want to be critical of GM on this because I think it is a great idea. But let's not overstate what this is. And, like I replied, how can you bash them for "missing the boat" when they've been the leader in Fuel Cell development, they have more vehicles that run on E85 Ethanol than anyone else (which seems to the latest crazy among the fuel conscious), they produced the EV1, and in the hybrid department, have teh Vue, Aura, and upcoming Malibu hybrids, as well as the first application of a hybrid powertrain in a large SUV (the Tahoe). -- But back to the subject at hand. I know email itself is real, although it's content may not true to actual circumstances. The poster is not a liar here, and that is the main issue we seem to have. At any rate, I can see Honda being troubled by the Lambadas, but I would think it's Toyota who would have the most to worry about and the most to loose. As far as I know, Honda doesn't have a desire to be #1, Toyota on the other hand, does. If the new Highlander isn't as good as the Lambadas they stand to loose sales to them, and hinder their plans for "world domination". I would think, if anything, this comment would have come from a Toyota exec, not a Honda one. Just a thought.

Some Newish Photos of the Intrepid
Intrepidation replied to Intrepidation's topic in Member's Rides Showcase
Thanks! Speaking of which, I saw one pull off to the side of the road the other day, guess it died Yeah I know, I'd like to get some 5-spoke wheels, or maybe double spokes. Someday when I have the money I will -
Posted a couple pics of the Intrepid in the garage.

These are actually from December when we had that warm spell and it was like 60 degrees. I washed the car that day and took it to the park to take some nice photos. You can also see some of the accessories that I got for Christmas. An exhaust tip (which I really like), 2 Dodge license plate covers, a leather-wrapped steering wheel cover (with Dodge logos), and some nice new floor mats to finish it off. I lost the USB cable to the camera, and then my comp died...then I found the cable yesterday and got my comp fixed today...so I figured...why not?

el&font gohtic font is badass.

How do you call a Jeep or a Chrysler with 400+ horses watered down? Although if you're referring to their normal entires like the Compass then I'd be inclined to agree.

Actually...it doesn't look that bad. But just go buy a real one.

w00t! I got my PSU back today...she's as good as new The only thing is...newegg originally had it as "replace" but then it changed to "repair" The box had a small tear in it, which I remember doing (I think), but it was newly packaged and the manual was new...so I dunno. Either way I have my comp back, thank gods.

They should wait on this until Epsilon II...it's just a waist right now...sticking a big engine in an ancient architecture that can't handle it that well. It's too bad GM doesn't have respect for their performance badges like DCX does. You won't see any watered down SRT vehicles.

Razor Redux: Dodge readies Solstice fighter
Intrepidation replied to sciguy_0504's topic in Chrysler
So by your definition GM, Ford, and moat other brands don't have performance. Or are you gonna try and say that a Malibu has performance. The Corvette? Guess what, same story with the Viper. The SRT badge isn't just a couple mods...it takes their vehicles to teh top of their respected classes. But that means nothing right? -

Squirrels are nature's little speed bumps. And most animals avoid humans..we're far more dangerous to them than they are to us.

I never cared for the looks and proportions of the Deville/DTS. I like the Lucerne's looks better.
