  1. Considering how much worse it looks than the previous generation (which itself looks worse than it's previous generation, and considering that they did, in fact, use those nasty, ugly, bulging headlights like what the Camry has...I have decided to post a series of photos in tribute to Toyota:
  2. I think they may discontinuing the PT...or replacing it with something not retro...but I'm not sure.
  3. Awesome
  4. Oh my, they made it worse.
  5. Those wheels look great...the interior looks better too...although the A-pillar gauge looks cheap and tacky.
  6. Someone actually created that custom, it's not original to the game...the game specific cars are fake and well...hideous. You can get 3 real official cars...a Focus, Fiat, and a really horribly proportioned Mustang. There's a Camaro too, but I haven't been able to download it yet.
  7. I should know, I bought one! Sorry, couldn't resist! It really does cost $20,550...if you buy one in The Sims 2
  8. I too like the lower bumper/grill of the pre-refreshed model...it looked better that way, but the newer model's interior looks better. I like the color...it's a very nice hue. Those wheels are nothing special, there's a black one in the dealer showroom with the same exact wheels.
  9. Wow, I can't think of a single positive thing to say about it. Inside and out it's hideous.
  10. `94, but as BV pointed out, the options list pwnz all. Speaking of Chevy Geo Prizm, every bloody document seems to say: Make: Chevy Model: Geo Model No. Prizm
  11. Funny you should mention that, because shortly after I posted this I thought of that...turns out using edmunds vehicle appraiser (turns out edmunds is good for something after all ) cruise control was an option only available on LSi models...so there's my ace. :AH-HA_wink:
  12. Basically, I need to figure out whether or not the Prizm was a base or LSi model. The insurance company is being anal retentive ass monkeys. They say that they got their $1,500 value basing it off the car being a base model because they couldn't find out whether it was an LSi or not. The paperwork I sent them had 4 Prizms for sale, 2 Lsi 2 base models, and two NADA printouts...one of the value of an LSi and one of the base model. The difference is $100 dollars... $2,325 VS $2,425...but they're idiots...how dumb you ask? Today the woman asked if I had a "5 speed manual or a standard transmission?" I tried calling a few dealers to find out and they couldn't...the only thing I have to go on that indicates it may be an LSi is the fact that is has Cruise Control and the title for the car says PRIZML. Whether or not that's a typo or they ran out of room for "Si" I have no clue (although "Si" wouldn't fit anyway. Does anyone have any idea how I might be able to find out the trim level of the car? I'd appreciate it greatly if someone could clue me in!
  13. I'd like to see all 3 of the domestics run adds showing that they have plenty of cars and trucks that have high mileage and still run. Shove it in Toyota's face.
  14. Right, 290 or so hp is not $h!ty or underpowered.
  15. Apparently, Mercedes didn't get the memo when they were installing those huge, stupid rear doors on the huge, stupid R-Class.
  16. I was kinda thinking that too I swear, I'm gonna bring the Shadow down there and the letter and say: "Here's my my highly sought after car...I want good money for it."
  17. Well it only has 212,630 on it...but damnit all that sucker is gonna make it to 300k if I have anything to do with it. It's original right down to the factory exhaust and catalytic converter (which will need to finally be replaced so it can pass emissions). :AH-HA_wink:
  18. My mom's is. The Shadow is her car. Whenever she gets a new car it'll become mine, and for a 100k she will go!
  19. I wasn't aware a rusting Dodge Shadow was highly sought after! :rotflmao: I wonder if the "you've won 2 prizes!1!!!11 is a scam?
  20. Yeah, cuz Toyota's never break down...except that guy's Tundra my run off teh road if the steering recall wasn't addressed. This is kind of a cool one...the only part I didn't like was the other broken "vehicle"
  21. Oh man, I could so make use of that where I live!
  22. Let's not even start with things like refrigerators. We had this old, nasty thing that came with the house when we bought it 20 years ago. It was made before they had a defrost feature to keep the freezer from collecting with ice. We finally got rid of it but it was still working up until the day we unplugged it. We had a newer fridge that lasted about 3 years before it died. My mom almost went for some cheap off brand one because it was a good deal last year...but thankfully we ended up getting a GE with a 10 year warranty. Nothing fancy but it works great and the space is well used. While I haven't gone a crusade yet, I do avoid Chinese things when I can. Say what you will but Japanese or American is the way to go...go look at a cheapo pen or pencil made in China, then one made in America, and then finally a Zebra pen or pencil made in Japan...no comparison. Zebra makes some of the finest pens and pencils out there...I know, I use them for drawing...and they are made with actual metal not chromed plastic. Likewise I would never, ever buy any computer components from China. Taiwan is another story, because the products I've come across are quite good..of course they use Japanese components too...my ABIT motherboard which replaced my POS Chaintech uses Japanese capacitors and other components...it is an excellent motherboard. Finding something that's actually made in America is pretty hard these days...last thing I came across that was made in the states was a battery terminal cleaner from NAPA
  23. What do you guys think?
  24. That was awesome...more proof that Rally > NASCAR WTF was up with that guy going "OyOyOyOy"
