Design is a matter of opinion, and lest we forget the base Malibu interior doesn't look any better. If we want to talk derivative the Malibu's new interior is a cross between the old one and the Aura. It's a nice design but hardly original...the originality lies in the upper trim colors...which look fabulous.

K.C. Fly's LeSabre has quite the story to it...it's been in the hands of 4 C&G members, which includes spending time with a Mopar or 5 and a Toyota next to it So Fly, is the idling at startup fixed now as well so you don't have to run it for like 10 minutes before it runs smooth? I should invest in some of hat stuff, as that boat will go through a store's worth

I love the way it looks from that angle...so clean and tidy. Yet you can still see the stance it has, like it's ready to tear up the road in front of it.

I've seen a few of them on the road, and in black they don't look so bad...the black covers up the details...which are details that are best left covered up. I like the interior design and integration of the controls...I'm surprised and disappointed that the plastics are mostly hard...but then the Acadia's dash is the same way.

I can't say anything about the driving experience because I have yet to drive an LX Most people who I've talked to say they drive well...so I dunno, maybe another test drive would be better?

LOL I wouldn't buy a Cobalt if fuel economy was the primary concern. 17.4 mpg is not exactly...even decent.

opt for SXT and you get 3.5 V6 and 5-speed auto :AH-HA_wink: Sorry to hear about the accident and it's too bad your car was totaled, but at least you and the people inside are unharmed, and that's what matters most!

Reading C&D I just realized that in other markets the 2.7 will come with a 6-speed automatic, but us Americans are left with the 4-speed

The Alero/GA blue is much better, and shows more depth...the highlights are more vivid and there are far more shades of blue being caused by the light and shadows. -

Or get it all right at once and make a good first impression. At least they center stack is trimmed in silver and not black...but it still doesn't look that good. A NAV system in it's place wood do wonders...but guess what's still not offered on the Malibu?
