  1. Must be the concept `cuz there's no B-Pillar.
  2. That makes sense, but why is this not apparent in other vehicles?
  3. Seppuku for all at Toyota!
  4. Why is the tining different? It's annoying...hopefully only the early models will have this issue.
  5. I feel it is a revolution compared to the old Impala. The shapes of the 2 cars are nothing alike. And while the the old one is block, poorly proportioned, and slab sided, the new one has good proportions, it's sleek, and nicely detailed).
  6. You'd have to be visually impaired and/or mentally challenged to even consider the old car.
  7. Now this I like, although the design itself I'm not that crazy over. I'd like to know why PCS wants to know this?
  8. I'd check the wiring.
  9. Can't help you with the carb, but in reference to your battery problem, I have a couple of suggestions. Try jumping it with another vehicle, if it starts right up, then stalls right or shortly after the jumper cable is removed, try checking teh wiring that connects the battery to the alternator. That was the problem I had with my car. I originally thought it was the alternator but it turned out to be a wire.
  10. OMG T3H CRAPPY AMERICAN CAR GOT A BETTETR REVIEW THAN T3H STUPER DUPER JAPANESE APPLIANCE!!!11 OH T3H HUMANITY, OH T3H BIAS!!!!!11111 FYI the Accord's rear window/C-pillar is hardly unique, just ask BMW. Edit: There are definitely some factual errors, with the article, like this one: I thought this was the case too, but I learned that the Passat can be equipped with a 4 banger/6-speed combo. Sure it's on the upper end of the midsize segment but it still is a midsizer.
  11. The problem is that it required heavy incentives to get the Commanders to sell. I like the Commander, it's a real Jeep, but I just don't think there's room in the amrket for it. Although I'd rather seen the Caliber knockoffs die first.
  12. Hilarious and awesome. That's a religion I could get behind
  13. Wood looks horrid. The color choices are nice though. The overall design feels vary dated and lacks harmony.
  14. Disgraceful. I hope they go out of business.
  15. Well, at least Alternators can be had on the cheap if you can find a junkyard that has them. Also, I'm sure it's 1000x easier to replace than it would be on my car. (Jack car up, remove lower splash shield, partially remove radiator brace.)
  16. Some crazy guy in a Datsun Maxima
  17. Yuck.
  18. Wow it looks really good in those photos...the rear end has grown on me...the car is very attractive overall.
  19. If it is the choke, then maybe running a cable to the carb from inside that can force it to stay open while the car is cold may help until you can get a new one ore rebuild it. I can take a photo and show you how it's set up on the Caravan if you want.
  20. Unfortunately I don't see those desires of yours appearing in any product anytime in the future. The market has simply moved away from bench seats, column shifters, floaty ride, and so on. It is too bad that they don't really offer something for buyers like you, because there is a market for it, but I'm willing to bet that its small and shrinking so they don't feel there's a point to it, which is ashame. For me, there is: Camaro CTS Sierra Sky 9-3 Corvette G8 Lambdas
  21. Cool concept applied to an ugly car. I have never liked the Maybach...looks like an uglier Mercedes and doesn't feel special like a Bentley or Rolls Royce.
  22. This is a joke right? The CTS of course.
  23. Agreed.
  24. We should start a thread for Xmas lists for our cars.

    Hey Fly

I'd still like an Aurora to grace our driveway.
