  1. I think the front end works a lot better on the Trailhawk with its better approach angle (and less lower bumper than the other models).
  2. I think they could have done a bit more with the rear end. Specifically the taillights. I liked how the ELR's extended into the quarter panel and formed the car's primary character line. With that said I just saw real world photos of a red on on the show floor, and as usual, GM's $h!ty press photos don't do the car justice.
  3. I like it. Bridges the visual gap between the Evoque and the Ranger Rover.
  4. As someone who cleans his cars regularly, that vacuum idea is awesome.
  5. Eleventeen thousand times better looking than the 1-Series.
  6. I think Cadillac hit it out of the park with this car.
  7. I would hate to live with that everyday. It's not really old enough to be a cool classic to me (the previous generation was more to my liking), and the only way it could get more basic is if it had to be hand cranked to start it.
  8. Makes sense, both the US and the Korean automakers are offering stylish, tech-laden small cars that don't feel like penalty boxes. I mean look at the Corolla. Can you even get Navigation that thing? Not to mention it couldn't possibly be more boring to look at. Then there's the Civic which is better now after its emergency refresh, but it's still no style or tech leader. The Sentra is ugly and has no tech features, and the Mazda3, while fun to drive and efficient, isn't pretty by any stretch of the imagination and also has a Spartan interior. Then you compare that with the Focus, Dart, Cruze, Elantra and new Forte and its easy to see why. Let's not even get started with the subcompacts.
  9. I don't like the shape of the new tail lights, and how the outer edge points downward. Looks like something you would see from Japan or Korea. And I'll miss the gently sloping center stack compared to this more conventional, upright design, but overall its a very nice update and the interior still looks great. I like the new front end a lot. I also like that it will get optional real wood trim.
  10. There's some really nice detailing going on. I like how the shapes of the headlights and fog lights line up and become framed in a triangular shape. Good attention to detail.
  11. I've always had a soft spot for the Tucker.
  12. Lots of Neons (even a fair amount of first gens), Cavaliers and SLs around here. I've noticed first gen Auroras becoming increasingly rare, Oldsmobiles in general, as well as Eagle Visions. Oh and first and second gen Caravans. There's one first gen that I know of and a couple second gens, one which was "converted" into a pickup.
  13. Neat, you should buy it Camino.
  14. Yup, in fact Chrysler's infotainment system has won awards for its speed and easy of use.
  15. Yeah it wasn't bad. It's problem was it was teh opposite of what people wanted in a crossover. It was a truck that looked like a car and drove like a truck, not a car that looked like a truck and drove car-like. Or the back end was sliced off by a guillotine.
  16. I laughed at the complaints they leveled at the Wrangler, you know, one of the few vehicles specifically designed for off-road prowess, not being like a Camry.
  17. Well that's why I specified the year and model, the rest aren't nearly so bad, but that mess on the front is just hideous. It's just my opinion.
  18. Sorry Camino, but I've never been a fan of bulbous plastic. I'm not really a fan of the 4th gens in general, what with their tiny looking wheelbase relative to the massive overhangs that would shame a W-Body, but at least the earlier ones didn't look like they suffered from cancerous swelling.
