  1. I guess he was implying that his Jeep would Evoque a Range Rover.
  2. Ehh, the LEDs are tacky IMHO. What about something cleaner like these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/H6052-6054-7x6-INCHES-EURO-Crystal-CLEAR-Sealed-Beam-Conversion-headlights-pair-/150964691162?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AJeep|Model%3ACherokee&hash=item23263260da&vxp=mtr http://www.ebay.com/itm/7500K-PLATINUM-WHITE-BULB-EURO-CLEAR-7-X-6-DIAMOND-CUT-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS-/390589898746?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AJeep|Model%3ACherokee&hash=item5af0f8dffa&vxp=mtr And these marker lights. http://www.ebay.com/itm/97-01-Jeep-Cherokee-Clear-Bumper-Signal-Parking-Lights-Side-Marker-Corner-Lamps-/230710841926?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3AJeep|Model%3ACherokee&hash=item35b7701246&vxp=mtr
  3. MFW I get a joke.
  4. Funny you should say that, I saw a post of mine disappear as well from the good news bad news thread.
  5. Bad news: the forum no longer saves draft your post.
  6. The 3.6 sounds awesome with the right exhaust (Corsa). Friend of mine got it for his Camaro and it sounds very good.
  7. Because potato.
  8. Bad news: air filters I buy a lot of for lawn mowers just went from $2.99 to $7.99....a 167% motherf@#king increase!
  9. Sorry to hear. It's never easy putting down a loved one. We had to do it last year for our cat, Ginger.
  10. Land of the Lost.
  11. Happy Birthday!
  12. This stuff is amazing. Check out what it did to these tarnished clippers. And just wait until you see the 86 year old trophy.
  13. I really like the new tail lights, ties it together with the family, plus makes it look more distinctive. I liked that they didn't really mess with the front end. Interior upgrades are what I was expecting, and that's a good thing.
  14. Thanks guys! Its been quite good. I got yesterday and today off. Jessica surprised me with a tool cart, which is awesome, I've been wanting one to organize my tools for a while now. I also got a very sturdy vise from my brother (also great because I've been wanting one of those too). I managed to find and, after some trial and error, replace the back speakers in my car...no more crackling!
  15. Hah, they digitally edited the headlights in the original press photos.
  16. Much like how they keep on tacking letters to the name. Next up: the Jaguar XKR-S GTS-R Spec-V-R
  17. That's not apples to apples though. I mean I could go buy a Mustang GT1000, but to even think it compares with a Bugatti Veyron because it makes 1000 horsepower would be hilariously asinine. No one would cross shop a Camaro and an AMG Mercedes
  18. You mean option, and the ATS-V isn't even out yet. So there really isn't any American luxury brand alternative. My only real problem with it is for a RWD car that has a big and ungainly front overhang, and that navigation is literally a tacked on afterthought.
  19. The overall shape isn't bad, in fact at first balance I thought it looked pretty good, but in typical Toyota fashion they botch the details. Especially how the head and taillights aren't flush with the sheet metal, they just stick out there, and I hate that. I also don't like the chrome eyebrows on the headlights. LEDs may be all the rage, but they look better than chrome. Also that grill looks like two different designs stacked on each other. Look at the massive gaps around the chrome strip that connects the monobrow, and how the chrome outline of the lower grill ends at the headlights. That's just terrible. As for the interior, it's a typical Toyota mess of different design ideas thrown in a blender.
  20. I don't think they'd want to inherit our $h!ty economy and retarded politics. I know I wouldn't. As for the cars, the real question is GM going to build one of them?
  21. Yeah, I mean its not like GM ever reskinned a Chevy platform and billed it as a Cadillac...
