  1. Went flying despite the wind, and didn't crash! Might go get a charcoal grill since the old one rusted to pieces and do a cookout on Monday.
  2. Oh right, silly me I forgot. Well then there's no reason to bu one of these hybrids then.
  3. So we shouldn't take him seriously when he says the Clarity is a much better solution to oil dependence than a cheaply made car that still uses gasoline?
  4. WIN.
  5. If only we had diesels here...
  6. Nothing about it says Pontiac unless you count red lighting.
  7. I liked the Lancer's styling bets of the EEK cars, I've only seen one in person though. I like Lebaron (or Daytona's) post MCE dash the best though of the EEKs.
  8. I'm of opposite opinion, I always liked the exterior but the interior, specifically the dash, looks terrible. As far as exteriors go, I liked the GXP and it's cleaner styling and lack of ribbing best. Plus those wheels are sexy.
  9. NO! Though a smoke kit would be neat...wonder if it would be too heavy for the stock motor though.
  10. bump
  11. I bought my car with the realization that it's mileage (and to a lesser extent its age) would be a factor. However for three years that car has been great to me with well under $1,000 in repairs that weren't routine up until I decided to change the motor. The Bonneville looks like its in great shape, but I'm not too keen on having to make payments on a 9 year old car either. I paid cash for mine so it was actually my car the day I drove it off the lot. There is nothing wrong with used, and this car looks at least like it was well cared for. However I research and see if these cars have common problems, how numerous, and how expensive. 71k is pretty good mileage, but you'll want to know if all of the belts and stuff have been taken care of and so on.
  12. Happy Birthday!
  13. Yeah, no damage.
  14. I seem to recall you mentioning you knew someone with a high mileage 300M...what color was it and do you know where the owner lives?
  15. The IPS Driver Error is pure WIN
  16. Yeah they have some pretty high performance foam planes now too, like the T-28 Trojan. Friend of mine has one and that sucker is fast...and when it crashes it's always epic. Super Cubs are entry level planes, easy to fly and not that fast, and they don't have ailerons and flaps, but they are also easy to upgrade to become high performance planes. I'm probably gonna stick with nimh batteries though, Lipos are just too much of a hassle for me to want to deal with.
  17. Yup, the fuselage, wings and tail are made of foam. It's fairly strong end flexible, but the structure is beefed up with the use of 3M "High Performance" packaging tape, this gives it a lot of strength yet remains flexible enough to absorb energy from impacts. Given the amount of times this thing has had a hard landing or crashed, it's well worth the trade off of it being heavier and bit slower than stock. The high end planes are made from balsa wood and stuff...but man one crash in those and you can kiss that grand you just spent goodbye! I have some old plastic models leftover from when I was younger, a few mostly complete B-17s, and a lot of broken parks hanging around, but I find these to be more fun...since you can do more than just look at them on a shelf.
  18. Not surprised, Ford really pushed the Limits of what the Mustang could do, GM could and should push the Camaro further. Oh and the Mustang has a better quality interior, so that probably helped it.
  19. T3H SKY IZ FALLING!1!

  21. I know a Ford dealer a few months ago was doing a buy one fully loaded F-150 get a stripper free.
  22. I've seen 2-for-1 deals advertised for some Chrysler, Ford, GM and Hyundai/Kia dealerships.
