  1. Sacrilege!
  2. Looks pretty sharp besides the bling bling wheels yo. I'm so tired of chrome wheels.
  3. My heart bleeds for him.
  4. _ Introducing COTM! Introducing C&G's Car of the Month monthly contests, a fun way to get you and your ride on the front page, and have fun taking themed photos. COTM Rules December/January COTM Contest
  5. A little update. After looking through the settings we've discovered that the point accumulations for members can be turned off. So now when you rep a post it reps only the post and not the member. With this in mind, positive and negative reps have been reinstated, since now only posts, and not users, will show as being repped.
  6. Video here: http://www.kirotv.com/video/21964704/index.html
  7. Watched the flight a little while ago. Amazing to watch the wings change shape as it built up speed for takeoff. On a separate note, I can't believe they still use T-33's.
  8. I ended up taking a nap by accident while you guys played, tonight I'll be around though.
  9. Can we at least attempt to do a little research before shooting our mouths off? Before the market went to hell the Charger sold as well and better than the Intrepid did, and the Charger handily outsold the 300. Besides the fleet whore Impala, the LX cars were the only large cars that have been selling in large numbers.
  10. Right, if you've got leaking seals you have bigger issues to be concerned about than the type of oil you're using.
  11. The mech may try to tell you that switching to synthetic at high miles can be bad, cause leaks etc. (common myths). So long as your engine has been well maintained there won't be a problem, and if there's an issue like that then oil is the least of a person's concerns. Just make sure that he does cheap out on the filter.
  12. With the Intrepid's first run of synthetic I'm running a quart of Marvel Mystery Oil. I didn't with the Prizm but I think I will on its next change.
  13. I'd rather walk than take Greyhound.
  14. The driver did live, it just missed him. It was a bank drive-thu.

  16. Just use a high quality oil filter, drain as much of the oil oil out as you can (what you do anyway), and just keep an extra close eye on the oil level on the first change). I converted both the 196,000 mile Prizm and the 125,000 mile engine in the Intrepid without issue, only improvement. Couldn't agree more. Yep, its lifter tick with the 3.x engines as well. I think there's actually a TSB on the 3.5s in the Pacifica for it, dunno about Intrepids. On cold days like its been lately (in the 20's), the tick is literally gone by the time the rpms drop to idle after you start it...so less than a second. When its in 45 or above there's no tick at all. Before when it was below 50 that tick would last until the engine fully achieved operating temp. Annoyed the crap out of me. One of the keys besides superior lubrication is that oil filters like the Purolater PureOne and Royal Purple filters is that they have an Anti-drain Back Valve which keeps oil in the top end of the engine, so when you start the car oil is already there and not having to flow back into the top end, which of course is much better for the engine. Yep that thread along with countless other posts about Frams being junk convinced me to never use Fram again. I used to buy Frams because I thought they were good...boy oh boy was I wrong. Never again.
  17. This was one the site a while ago. I believe he was trying to go around the drive but the camper clipped it. Amazing how pathetic the structure was, he wasn't going that fast when he hit it and it collapsed like dominos. (I remember typing a response like this too).
  18. Yeah after I noticed that someone ended up with -31 from basically one thread, I felt something needed to be done. If there was a way to just rate posts like on Autoblog rather than having them add up on the actual user, I'd be more for that.
  19. Remember kids, the Camo hides a lot, like important details: Nice to see some Chrysler spyshots, can't wait to see the whole thing.
  20. Sounds like either the wheel(s) are out of balance or the tires have improperly worn. I'd be inclined to go with the former if they've been fine until today. Have the tires checked and the wheels rebalanced (which is inexpensive) and go from there.
  21. Should be interesting to see how it turns out.
