  1. Lousy. Camino, does your computer support sound? Have you thought about hooking speakers up to it? You can get inexpensive speakers that put out respectable sound. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836121014 $23.99 Or you could get creative and wire a stereo system up to the computer.
  2. Pah! 4 inches is a dusting.
  3. I'll see your 1.5 million recalls and raise you 4.87 million recalls. Detroit Free Press: Toyota led all automakers with most recalled vehicles in 2009 Toyota extends Tundra rust recall to include 2000-03 models, totalling 110,000 trucks BREAKING: Toyota to recall 3.8M vehicles to reshape and replace pedals Toyota Makes Chinese Recall LA Times details Toyota history of concealing safety issues NHTSA reportedly eyes loss of braking power in 2010 Toyota Prius
  4. LOL the man who comes on for the sole purpose of spewing crap out of his mouth to stir the pot is telling the rest of us to get a life. That. Is. Irony.
  5. Who needs facts when geniuses like this have opinions.
  6. Better than their recent ads, but it still feels sort of soulless to me. They can and have done better.
  7. Welcome back! Don't be a stranger.
  8. Someone must have conveniently glazed over the premature frame rot issues Toyota is having with its not very old trucks, the acceleration issues, the probe launched on the new Prius' braking system, that Toyota led all automakers last year in recalls, that Toyota has been getting help from Japanese government for years....
  9. Wow smk has a rival.
  10. Hmm no interior trunk release would be slightly annoying, if only because every car we own besides the Prizm has it, and it's just habit to push the button while getting out of the car to get at what's in the trunk. But it's not a huge deal, there is a fob after all. My only complaint so far is the lack of pics and that I have to wait for the full review for them.
  11. Firefox I think wins for sheer amounts of ad-ons and customization you won't find in other browsers. It's faster and safer than IE and better support HTML and CSS standards than IE. However Chrome is lightweight and a speed demon I think, which is what makes it appealing.
  12. Done.
  13. I really like the LeSabre T-Type like what American_Revolution has.
  14. It doesn't really make sense since we know for a fact that the site runs faster than it used to. Try using Firefox just to see if it makes a difference at all.
  15. On a more serious note, you say that you really only experience slowdown on C&G. What browser are you using and have you tried it on another browser?
  16. Now if I really wanted to turn you off, I'd say a new computer from the store would be like a Toyota Corolla, and if you gave it a big gfx card it would be like fitting a big supercharger to it.
  17. Think of yours as a Rover SD1...sure it may look ok, but it's also simple, old, not very well built, unreliable, and very slow.
  18. Hello and welcome!
  19. That's not a classic, now a Commodore 64 is a classic.
  20. This. You have to go about 2 decades or so back to find the "good old days". That goes for basically every automaker.
