  1. haha sucks to be the durango... oh wait...
  2. um... its nice but... why didnt you lengthen the door and change the shape of the greenhouse? it literally looks like someone just welded the 2nd door shut and sanded it smooth
  3. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: wait... this one isnt a joke either... crap... im doin bad today...
  4. i would prefer something bigger detroitnut but thats really nice... that could work
  5. so i have this huge 45" by 45" blank spot on my wall in my dorm room... and it is screaming at me to put a corvette poster there... but im picky as hell... so its difficult... id like a poster thats like... 30-35" long and 15-20" high... but anything thatll fit in the space is fine the part where im picky... is that it MUST be an early model C3 corvette... im talking chrome bumper C3... and one with an L88 style hood is preffered... if i had a commercial printer... id just print out my sig to the dimensions i want... unfortunately i do not have a commercial printer lying around my dorm room... any help such as a good place to go to find such a poster for as little money as possible... or if you know of a poster that fits my exact specifications as far as subject material... please... tell me...
  6. :rotflmao: :rotflmao: oh wait... this... this isnt a joke is it...
  7. no love for the green camaro? cmon guys... hidden headlights are badass and you know it... dont lie... you know you love hidden healights... you miss them just as much as i do... right? right?? anybody???
  8. hey thats a really decent looking Jeep!!! oh wait...
  9. well... except the interior... the interior is beautiful... i cant take anything away from it... i look at the Magnum/Charger interior... and then this... and i feel releived that DCX has not given up on interior design... but the outside of this car... my god... the taillights and headlights are 2 times the size they need to be... and the taillights are an extremely awkward shape... the way the backup lights are integrated into the taillights doesnt help with the awkwardness either... that randomly thrown in there "character line" that runs from the front wheel well all the way to the back quarter panel... is extremely ridiculous looking and has no coherence with the rest of the car... the black plastic window insert on the c pillar looks like garbage...glass is cool too guys... the greenhouse overall looks far too tall for any car... let alone a chrysler which has been leading the trend in small greenhouses... the headlight shape and size makes the grill look like its about 2 square inches... the aggressive slant of the headlights also does not match the rest of the car, which is trying (but failing) to be elegant... oh and that that "elegantly sculpted" hood looks like DCX let a 5 year old go to town with a rake... the lower air dams... why not continue that middle crossbar all the way across? the abscence of it on the central air dam makes it look really cheap and unnecessary the randomly thrown on side marker is clearly a "oops forgot the side marker..." design... they coulve easily modified the shape of the healights a bit and included it in there... the overall length of the car looks squished... as if they had this vision for a long, low slung sedan... but then remembered it had to be mid-sized and instead of shrinking it proportionally... they just squished it into the length they needed in all... im proud of DCX... they managed to show me that a car uglier than the avenger can indeed be made... unfortunately... they make both of these cars...
  10. ... but in other news... um... its... interesting? anyone have any idea where that name came from? i dunno... this is way out there... i cant even say whether i like it or not... i have yet to comprehend the ideation behin this...
  11. and whatever you do... avoid speed bumps at all costs
  12. oh well... i just left the gear shift spot blank... put what you would like in there... i know you wanted curved... but i looked at yur car and something said to me "this interior needs to have sharp edges" so thats what i did... um... the overhang bit has a peice of chrome or brushed aluminum trim running along it... as does the center section of each side... pretty much anywhere you see a thin white line means there is trimming there... the center stack can be re-worked if you want... just tell me where you want the stuff moved and i will do it... otherwise... hope you like it... i think this would look awesome in your car...
  13. curved? crap... looks like ill hafta start over... i had a nice clean, what some would call flat but i call sharp, center stack and dash layed out... i think ill show it to you anyway... i think it really goes with the nice clean crisp aggressiveness of yur malibu... the question still stands... manual or auto?
  14. thats definitely nice... but im partial to these two badass boys: so... so sexy
  15. manual or auto?
  16. hmmm... i will see what i can do... im bored... and doing interiors is sometimes fun when given lots of freedom... so i will try to come up with something before i head to the game tomorrow... Bucks vs Penn State... i have got to be there
  17. let me just add... thats what she said
  18. dart... that was fantastic
  19. um... i have an awesome idea for the sketch competitions... getting the voting thread on the BRX up!! on a more serious note... i think itd be sweet to have people design a car around a random non-automotive related object of their choosing... such as a clock... or a lamp... a picture of the object should be provided along with the sketch... and a creative name should be thought up (a car designed after a lamp shouldnt be called "Lampcar" a more creative name such as "Luminescence" would be preffered)
  20. indeed... the other 300 coupe he did doesnt look as good as that one tho...
  21. haha dont worry about it... just help me get chris away from my window...
  22. some of the stuff is cool but some of it has that "why on earth would you do that factor"... like the crossfire wagon... or the challenger sedan... or worse... the challenger wagon...
  23. ill take mine in tuxedo black with twin red stripes pinstriped in white... black leather with red mesh inserts and white trim on the interior... thanks
  24. who needs body-on-frame construction when frame-on-ground does just as well?
  25. wow would you look at that... it still looks awful... one thing i particularily hate is the redundancy in the rear quarters... the "kick" thing over the rear wheel well AND the fender flare... make for some kind of odd grotesque mayan temple look that i cant stand... i really just hate the over all feel of the design... which is saying to me "hey look we threw all our recent good ideas into a blender and came out with one really bad one!" theres some stuff in the concept sketches that im drooling over... like the rear end that has the taillamps colored red... my god that is such a sexy rear end... why didnt they use that???? and the front end drawn in red to the left and bottom of the large silver front end... that looks eons better than the one they used... using those two peices... they couldve made a very distinctive american looking car that didnt look like crap... so i dont know why they went with the direction they did just goes to show that its not that chrysler doesnt have the right design ideas... its just that their engineers and managment are stupid
