    While I like this new 300, I too decry where "full size" cars have gone to. Compared with a 1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue this is taller, wider, heavier, has more front shoulder and hip room, yet only seats 5 people. Whatever happened to bench seats and real trunks? (this question applies to all manufacturers)

    Today I saw a mid 60's AMC Marlin, two tone baby blue and white.

    I asked my attorney wife. Federal law trumps state law, appeal using the Supremacy Clause, maybe even Commerce clause. There is no excuse for the judge to do this.

    At our local Wrench N Go in Des Moines, I got a complete set of leather seats for my van at $25 apiece. They charge the same rate for individual seats no matter the coverings, or powered or not. YMMV.

    The dealership I work at has only one new Pontiac left- a 2010 Solstice Coupe w/5-speed. Kind of fitting I guess..

    The 2011 Regal is already in the GM parts catalogs, it showed up almost a month ago..

    Having driven a Canyon crew cab with the 5.3, I can say it definitely moves... With a lighter more aerodynamic body it would be killer. How hard to put a classic body on this frame?

    To be honest, it's a little intimidating. There seem to be a group of "core" users I see in all the forums I read, and when I post it gets ignored, or ends the discussion. Not a bad thing really, seems common on all the boards I read...

    It amazes me that the 3.5 and 3.9 are still variations on the 2.8 V6 introduced in the X-cars in the late 70's.

    I don't have a best garage, but there is one with two (2) Toyota Prius inside. They belong to an elderly couple who I would bet were talked into them by their children. .

    I work for a Buick/GMC dealer in the parts department. You would be surprised how hard it is for us to work on Saturns, as far as GM is concerned they might as well be Fords. Everything had to go through the Saturn dealers. We don't have this kind of trouble with any other line, even Cadillac and Hummer...

    And when I need to get my Saturn repaired where will I go? You would think any GM dealer, but they do not have access to Saturn parts catalogs/prices. If they wind this down wrong it will cost even more customers. . .
