  1. That looks almost TOO much like the 2013 Malibu. I'm not a fan of this.
  2. "The launch of the XV takes Subaru into the compact crossover segment for the first time,".... So, what was/is the Forrester then?
  3. Nice looking car, glad to see that Cadillac has caught up with the Chrysler concepts of the 1990's. . .
  4. Wow does this naming thing suck. A lot. Three letters to signify each and every Cadillac (except the Escalade). Someone needs to be fired. Seriously.
  5. Not too shabby for a reskinned Saturn Vue. . .
  6. That's......not bad really.
  7. Sold! I will certainly drive this new Sonic if GM gives me a check for $14,495!
  8. As far as I have been concerned, there have been no "traditional" Cadillacs since the Fleetwood ended in 1996. I know there have been big cars, small cars, front drive, rear drive, and everything in between, but to most people that car represented what Cadillac was. Large, powerful, comfortable, something to be noticed. There have been nothing like it since, closest was probably the Sixteen concept car. GM has been trying to turn Cadillac into variously BMW, Mercedes, and Lexus lately, but it just isn't the same.
  9. Best here is $3.56
  10. Dual exhaust on all models, no other changes to the rear at this time.
  11. Update: After further research the "new" grilles for the LS are the same as the ones used in the 2006 SS model, part number and all. The LT grille appears to be similar but different part numbers. The fascias remain the same as 2011, part numbers don't change. The new wood inside changes from Walnut Burl to Maple, but I have no photos, only line drawings. The new 16" wheel is the same as was offered on the 2008-2010 Saturn Vue and Chevy Captiva. The V6 engine part numbers are new, but the transmission is shared with the Buick Lacrosse.
  12. According to the catalogs, fascias remain the same but sometimes they get updated in chunks. The Volt and Cruze were in the catalogs months before they hit the streets, but were incomplete. Sometimes lacking pictures, sometimes part numbers. I will keep an eye on it and update if anything changes.
  13. I don't know if this has been posted anywhere yet, but I see in the GM parts catalog (I work at a dealership) that the 2012 Impala will be sporting a 3.6 V6 and matching 6 speed transmission. Several other parts are new to go with this, but nothing earth shattering. No changes in appearance that I can tell other than a new choice in 16 inch aluminum wheels.
  14. It is no secret that the 300 is a reskin of an existing chassis. The "W-body to Epsilon" switch will be in about 2014 if I remember correctly. This is more of the Lesabre to Lucerne or Regal/Century to Lacrosse update if you will.
  15. Found mine at WalMart a couple of weeks ago
  16. So, what comes on the Doctor Who Edition? Will it come in silver or blue?
  17. Meh. The Canadian Vue. What is the point?
  18. http://www.topgear.com/uk/photos/growler-e-type-jaguar-2011-02-28?imageNo=0 This thing is beautiful. Wow..
  19. So Ford with the CD4 platform and GM with the Epsilon2, being a big deal about putting the same platform under as many divergent products as possible to maximize investment is really all about catching up with Chrysler in 1984?
  20. I disagree. If Japan Inc. can make home versions and US versions and European versions, so can GM.
  21. Ask the officials exactly what law was broken. Chapter and verse. Often when someone claims these kind of things, they assume you are stupid and cannot look this up. I have had landlords like that. Find me the actual law and I will ask my wife who is an attorney what her professional opinion is.
  22. Yeah, it was the 1996-2007 van.
  23. Why is the rear frowning at me? What did I do to it?
  24. Under the heading of concept cars that didn't translate well:
