  1. I like the luggage rack, though the vinyl roof is a little much.
  2. Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Plymouth
  3. I saw a black 08 Accord at work yesterday, it looked a lot cheeper then I would have though, too much plastic.
  4. 1986-1999 Pontac Bonneville,Buick LeSabre,Oldsmobile 88. All powered by the 3800 SeriesI/ II V6 and the Pontiac/Olds can have the supercharger. I've had one of each and can say they should be looked at as a benchmark for quality. The H body cars are full size comfort and prices can range from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand depending of condition and options. Oldsmobile dont hold their value well, so they can be a bargain. Buicks and Pontiacs did hold their value so expect to pay a little more. I think the Supercharged 88 LSS is the best of the bunch with its combination of luxury and power.
  5. Should have tossed a Sierra brochure at him.
  6. Its about 3 miles from me! If only I had some cash...
  7. "More then the luxury ride, its the feeling of pride that you feel inside! Nice Olds, may you have many years of good luck with it!

  9. Has anyone found out if there will be anything for GM's 100th?
  10. "Someone should make a plaque: "Here on planet earth landed an all-new, thoroughly reborn Cadillac, model year 2008, A.D." For sure, the CTS has the goods to send auto aficionados over the moon." OH....MY....GOD!!!! Now if Cadillac would just bring back the "Standard of the World" tag line...
  11. Whats the address for the site?
  12. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6msKcQHzDjY
  13. Ive seen the new Kia Optima and, if you look quickly the back looks like the 1996-2000 Honda Civic.Kia website
  14. It looks like the same doors as on the current Aveo, 34mpg isnt anything great.
  15. We call the 88 the Super Rocket because it never lets us down. I come from a long line of GM owners, everything from brand new 1946 Pontiacs to my uncles 2006 CTS, but no car has been as good to us as the 88.
  16. I got that same message yesterday, sometimes this site runs so slow I can't even open a page even with highspeed internet.
  17. Whats next for Buick? Where do you see Buick in the next 5-10 years? How will Buick gain sales in the next few years?
  18. A/C not standard, is this 2009 or 1979?
  19. I think this is a fair review of the CTS, they seem to say if the car was a little faster/lighter it would be perfect. To beat M-B and Lexus is quite the achivement in such a tough class.
  20. I thought it was a good review. I read it as GM has taken a huge step forward and caught up/passed the Japs in hybrid technology. They did say somethings like numb sterring/etc but until one of us drives one to debunk these reports, I assume that there are some minor issues. Over all I thought it was a positive review that didn't praise GM for trying to catch up, but praised it for being a leader.
  21. I think it will be down again due to all the bad news about Toyota's quality issues.
  22. I like the idea, but I think the Chevy looks too much like the OUTLOOK. Also GM needs to make sure that they don't have upmarket Chevys in Saturn/GMC/Buick price ranges, and that Saturn/etc don't add entry level models to crowd Chevy. As long as they can maintain the brands place with all four models, I think this will be a home run. I also hope that everyone gets away from the black plastic trim because it looks cheep.
  23. GM keeps the great reviews rolling, now they just need to keep the car fresh so it doesnt grow stale on the market.
