  4. I believe rows and rows of small LED's on the brake lamps. But the reverse looks like a standard bulb.
  5. wing is definetly automatic $90k no chance featuring 6caliper rotors up front, and giant carbon ceramic rotors. dry sump, headers, ITB's, 9000rpm+ not mentioning the forged wheels, probably forged suspension, aluminum space frame and body. F1 nose, spending serious time in the windtunnel.
  6. I doubt the wing is fixed. I'm sure it goes up and down. The GT3's wing is fixed.
  7. Judging from the wheels, brakes, and aerodynamics (front diffuser, rear diffuser, sideskirs, and wing) this is an all out high-performance car.
  8. Serious braking hardware
  9. The V8 Lucerne is rated at 17/25mpg. 14mpg-17mpg range for in any mag tests are probable. Edmunds data could simply be on the lower end. The Azera is rated at 19/28 and edmunds got 17.7mpg. They've been raving about it non-stop. If they deliberately tamper w/objective data it would have gotten over 19mpg
  10. There is no need to, edmunds stated the Lucerne is quieter than the ES350. If they were screwing objective data then they would haven't brought it up. A non VVT 4spd V8 doesn't get better fuel economy than any modern V6. The fact that it is still slower than its V6 equipped competitors is a major flaw. What you get for your fuel economy is irrelevant. If I drive a Lucerne or Avalon I promise I can get 10mpg city w/o any difficutly.
  11. All of edmunds reviews are pretty flawed, nothing new here. The review was factually accurate on the Lucerne. The acceleration times, braking performance, and fuel economy are all accurate. There is no conspiracy. The fact that they didn't bring up the Camry/Avalon trunk issues doesn't make this review inaccurate. Or misquoted the Avalon's hp is irrelevant, the Avalon is still faster, makes no difference if it's rated at 280 or 268hp.
  12. There actually is a redline, btw. I don't know how the Camry keeps winding up in these threads. Edmunds has no record of giving the Camry wins. If you don't like edmunds rankings, then stay away from R&T, C&D, and MT when they do their comparos. http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drive...540/pageId=7328 http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drive...34/pageId=64748 http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do/Drive...rticleId=101056
  13. In a Lucerne thread bashing the Camry interior for cost cutting, right. Odd I've redlined my V6 Camry what 1000 over the past 6yrs. Yet it idles and sounds the same it did when I bought it, must be a fluke. That Ford rental I had wasn't running smooth once I was finished w/it though.
  14. Only if you see and hear things.
  15. why does GM compare these vehicles to last February comparing them to last March makes more sense. Now if March 05 was unusually good it'd work fine, but it wasn't March 05 http://media.gm.com/servlet/GatewayServlet...n=3&docid=13554

    ....

is this a confirmed CTS? Looks bigger than what I'd expect, at least the front end. It's as large as the Chrysler 300's Either way if its built looking that good, it'll sell very nicely.
  17. No, no watch the end. The car is being driven, albeit slowly.
