  1. It might eventually. Who knows. They probably had to start from scratch so it may take a while. I do miss the old one.
  2. Yes. He keeps his toenail clippings so he could eat them himself. Lawn gnomes hate eachother very much. So sad.
  3. True. I can see Harry being someone who probably does not bathe and saves all of his toenail clippings in a plastic baggy because he wouldn't want the evil lawn gnomes who are allergic to plastic to eat them.
  4. They're keepin' it old school. Not bad. The current Wrangler isn't a bad looking vehicle. Very timeless design. It just drives like crap. I hope this one will address that issue.
  5. Seeing how he's chemically imbalanced, I don't think your age is going to matter to him one bit. He likes them young so he can manipulate them to do his bidding and a few other things that I'd rather not mention. Kind of like NOS in a way.
  6. This concept is much closer to the original car then the Mustang was to it's own. On top of that, the stance gives just the right amount of sportiness to the car to make it sexy-modern and retro at the same time. Something that the Mustang doesn't have.
  7. Right you are empowah. Seeing how the Cobalt was criticized for it's interior, this one will be a laughing stock. It seems as though the interiors of the Chrysler group are looking worse while the interiors of GM and Ford are getting much better. At least they have good styling.... on a few cars. Mercedes should be more involved in the interiors though. Exterior, while original has chunky and awkward styling that belongs on a much larger car or SUV. Dodge's desperate attempt to have a compact vehicle stand out from the competion basically gave designers permission to go way over-the-top and produce something that will scare away current Neon buyers.
  8. It's still far better then any interior GMNA is currently producing.
  9. I went up to Niagara Falls Ontario, got drunk thanks to the lower drinking age.
  10. You can tell it's using the new Lexus corporate face just by the shape of the grille. The only interesting car with the new look is the GS. Instead of telling me how my opinion is wrong, take a good look at the car.
  11. Thanks for the help everyone. It is greatly appreciated.

Who knows.. one day we might see this concept come to life. But Cadillac needs to continue heading upscale before they can produce a car like this and be taken seriously.
  13. Wow. Those renderings we saw over a month ago were spot on and it appears that the interior shot was the real thing minus a few very minor details. Now as long as Saturn keeps the radio, we'd be all set.
  14. Safe and boring as usual. No surprise here.
  15. German to English translation thanks to alta vista babelfish: photo one caption: The automobile supplier Edag presents a Pontiac Solstice with combination roof on Detroit car show. photo two caption: Optically it leans itself the Solstice against the Pontiac safari station Wagon from and the 60 it 50's. (doesn't make a lot of sense gramatically but you get the idea) photo three caption: For the Pontiac Solstice Edag engineers a special Hardtop including a new trunk lid sketched. (same problem as the 2nd caption) photo four caption: Thus an elegant variant of a sport combination becomes from the roadster. (the same)
  16. Considering Saturn's future, I'd say $23,000 is perfect. It's not that much higher and it won't cause a sticker shock when current customers go to the dealership to take a look at one.
  17. Don't worry. Some idiot will find a way to trash the new Tahoe even though it clearly is superior to all other SUVs in it's class. They'll do it when the Tahoe hits showroom floors nationwide. Just you wait and see.
  18. I need to find a car or several cars that were built at least 5 years ago that offered manual transmissions only. These cars can be from as far back as the 60s or 70s until about 5-10 years ago and preferably, American made. The car could also have offered a manual transmission then later offered an automatic but not in the same model year. Please give model of car, year, and any other specifications that you might be helpful. I can’t really say who or what this is for but I will say that the information will go towards good use and in a couple of months, you might even find out what this information you give me was used for. I would prefer it if you sent your submissions by tomorrow (January 3rd) afternoon by about 3pm EST. Thanks. Andy
  19. I don't get what's so cool about that. GM should release them at the same time.
  20. Oh man. If that is the Enclave. That would be one sweet vehicle. To bad we're seeing a really bad drawing of it.

Yes... as well as the proposed V-10 that was to be an option in the new Escalade.
  22. At least they have the right idea of how to design an attractive interior... even if it is a copy of the corvette.
  23. Although this guy is a total dick, the HHR could've been a lot better considering GM had 5 years to respond to the PT cruiser. No, i haven't driven it and it doesn't resemble the PT as much as he says but it's clearly not a strong effort from GM.
  24. No they don't. Cadillac shouldn't rely on gimmicky styling to get BMW, Lexus, Audi, and Mercedes owners to enter their showrooms. They should keep relying on A&S and improving driving dynamics. Besides, the A&S theme is basically considered a modern interpretation of Cadillac's styling from the 50s anyway so mission accomplished.
  25. The Astra platform should've been considered in the first place instead of adding more money to make it less sporty. What the hell is up with that? Pontiac going RWD is very smart. Saturn should be AWD and Chevy should be mainly FWD.
