  1. The show should end after the movie comes out. I feel that they have just run out of ideas and jokes for the show. I mean.. it's been on for how long? 15 years! They should've ended it at 10 but Fox needs the ratings on Sunday night. I'm not really excited to see this. I would've been when the show was still funny.
  2. Loving the jazzy music. Much more interesting then the Chevy websites we have.
  3. My question: When is C&G going to merge the Opel and Saturn forums? Before or after the Astra comes to the states? I think that should happen since Opel really isn't an overseas brand anymore. We could make a "Classic Opel" and "Classic Saturn" forum. Just a suggestion.
  4. I thought everyone agreed not to show the photos because it would hurt GM's chances to stay ahead of it's competitors and so on. On top of that, GM would get really pissed and take action against the site. Why are people posting things they aren't supposed to?

It looks kind of small for the STS. I would assume the new STS interior would be even more elaborate then this one.
  6. Stop dreaming. Ghosn said he would never leave. GM and Ford had already courted him already and he turned them down.
  7. Yeah.. the minivans are nothing to be proud of. I really hope GM will redesign them as soon as possible.

I don't think Lutz will let that happen. Especially on a vehicle that is supposed to really be class leading in the mid-size luxury category.

Does anyone think the vehicle looks huge? I mean.. I know the CTS is not a small car.. but I think they actually made it larger. Don't ask me how I can tell.. it just looks bigger.

If you watch the video again, you'll hear that Lutz didn't like the "rat-fur" cloth. He sounds like a car fanatic and that's good to show to the viewers of the program.

Interior: Looks like Caddy won't have to worry about Interiors not being up to snuff anymore. I like the fact that it actually looks more original.

Look out for this video on CBS.com in a few days. They post videos of previous broadcasts on there. Also.. I also Tivoed the program and my machine also happens to have a built in DVD burner. I'll try burning it and get a friend to put it on for me. I'm not promising anything.

The second picture of the rear looks like a hatchback.
  14. From what we've heard.. Zeta sounds like it's coming.
  15. GM should sue the pants off of Delphi for doing this. Unfortunately, Delphi has no money so it would do nothing to help GM if they decided to go to court.
  16. This is a bad rendering. Holden would be crazy to dumb down the styling of their new vehicles.
  17. No more useless then the HHR or the Pontiac G6 hard top convertable. I think we should be happy that Nissan is the only real Japanese company producing good looking vehicles. It's better then seeing a crap load of Toyota Camrys and Highlanders on the road. Talk about boring. This, on the other hand is actually nice. If the actual model looks like this, it will sell.
  18. It probably wouldn't sell very well since it's a large sedan. Anyway: A coupe would require a new body style and perhaps a shorter wheel base. You're better off dreaming of the Zeta Buick offering a coupe. It's more realistic.
  19. Perhaps this is a sign that the Vibe is on the way out. GM may be slowly cutting it's ties with Toyota. Too soon to tell but I think it's interesting that we haven't heard a thing about the next generation of both models.
  20. I don't think the Astra was ever going to be shown. I think if the Astra is unveiled..it will most likely an update to the current model. I think the concept that Saturn is showing is the Antara concept that was shown earlier this year as an Opel. So basically, we will be seeing the VUE.. just not the production version. It's not like Saturn isn't opening big. They have three models being presented at the same time.
  21. Have the radio/ HVAC better integrated into the dash.. Maybe make the plastic the same color as the rest of the interior. Rear reclining seats (probably impossible to do on this vehicle) Though, the Avalon has it. More use of real wood grain. Preferably light in color.
  22. You're jumping the gun in saying that Josh! HAHA.. Just kidding The idea of a Saab being built here is great. Especially if they want to export it to Europe. I'm sure it would be priced competitively (with whatever it will compete with) and would offer better quality that the Europeans haven't been used to in a while.
  23. Thank the Auto gods! No more Isuzu-GM partnership.. hopefully. The Colorado/Canyon twins, although decent trucks.. weren't enough to compete with the competition. Most of the problems with the vehicle including bad interior and small engines are a result of GM giving too much control of the trucks to the Isuzu engineers and designers. The result.. a vehicle that didn't stand a chance against the competition. Hopefully, the next Canyon/Colorado will be GM's first genuine effort into the mid-size pick-up truck market. They can do it.. they just need to try. Other then the pick-ups..I don't see any reason why Isuzu should belong to GM anymore. It currently doesn't offer anything original and it's obvious that the company was going to leave the US anyway.
  24. I'm glad GM didn't resort to that fake-macho styling that Nissan and Toyota are using on it's new trucks. Everyone knows the reason why those trucks have their "macho" appearance is to make up for their lack of decent horsepower and towing capabilities.
  25. My aunt had two VW vehicles (a jetta, and a Passat) through two different dealerships and had nothing but problems. First, the cars had transmission problems galore and other significant quality issues. That wasn't the only problem. The dealers were rude and tried to rip her off constantly. She finally gave up and went to Chevy. She loves her Trailblazer and hasn't had a problem since purchasing it. VW has a notoriously bad dealer network, awful build quality, and boring styling. Add up all those problems and you know that once Saturn turns into Opel completely, VW will hurt big time. Why will people want to buy VW when they can get German engineering, good build quality, and great customer service at the Saturn dealership?
