1. is that 'really' possible???
2. I was thinking the same thing! (how odd, we agree on something)
3. i don't know, but they make good cookies!
4. was away on vacation. i'm not sure which one weighs more. your previous comment seemed to indicate that you accepted that PW weigh less, then went on to say, but they didn't used to. i don't agree that just because we are in modern times, that things are better. however, i also don't agree that things were better in the good ole days either.
5. It absolutely was true, and yes, yes they do.Now, have any insight as to how the inverse regarding power windows may be true today? 164331 i don't understand what you're asking for??????
6. i said this couple years ago and it still applies the american public is addicted to GM crack when it comes to buying cars. without a discount, they won't buy most of their cars. they are just to used to it by now. until GM comes out with some more must-have cars, they need the gimmicks. and even that is going to be problematic after the first wave of interest. it's going to be a long while before consumers will walk into a gm dealership and plunk down cash with minimal discounts, they way they do at Honda.
7. Never used to be. I've disassembled doors from both set-ups from the same year/make/model. Same glass, same tracks, yet one had a lightweight & simple crank & spring, the other had a heavy electrical motor and wiring/switches. PW's used to be much heavier, without question. 163995 while that may be true. times change.

don't cross-thread the sarcastic comments!!!
9. nothing against you personally camaro. but, come on, it probably takes like 90 seconds to read that article and if you didn't read it, then why comment on it? zhawk's comment about speaking idiot was referring to Buickman.
10. i have a better idea. why don't you hurry up and start that other web site you were blathering about. and make sure you take the BM with you. you can spend all day talking about every spyshot being a mule for the Blue Devil, products that have been shelved and working on the next 250 steps that will save GM. btw, my comment to camaro was tongue in cheek. but really, who starts off a post with "I didn't read the post, but here's my comment on it".
11. I see it as PR spin. wtf else are they going to say? Nissan blows, Renault sucks, Carlos is an ass and KK is a dimwit? not likely. or hey, that's an interesting idea. let's pursue that, let's have some discussion, evaluation, interpretation, discuss synergies, look for the win-win, drive cost efficiencies. we'll roll up our sleeves, dig in and analyze the situation. then at the end of the day, gee, you know what, it didn't quite work out, but it was a great idea Kirk. got any more?
12. sure. you make oodles of cash getting paid twice for doing one job and the dealership gets some goofy tax right off for hiring a 'consultant'. sounds slimey to me. prob something a good forensic audit could fix.

cause if Buick is seriously going to target lexus and the like then a DOHC is the way to go, not a pushrod V8. Pontiac and Chevy can get away with it, but Buick shouldn't have to. oh, and the 3.8, as much as I love it, should be dropped from the Lucerne and replaced with the 3.6. also, cramming that V8 in there isn't going to amount to any significant increase in sales of the LaCrosse, IMO.
14. of course they are, how else could you bilk the owner of a dealership a whack of cash to run the dealership AND act as a consultant at the same time. sounds like double billing somewhere in there to me.
15. hey camaro, is this sentence short enough that you can read the whole thing? P.S. don't waste time to try and understand it though. The BM speaks in Buickese, which is not translateable to english. or any other known language.
16. don't the XLR and Corvette use electronic systems to open the door from inside?
17. perhaps next time you could just post a picture so the ________ people don't have to actually read anything. the fact that people don't want to read anymore is just 'ludicras'

screw the 300hp V8 and drop in the 300hp DI 3.6 enough of the w-body V8's.
19. cause god intended all cars to be RWD, BOF, manual transmission, no A/C with crank windows. it says so in John 5:13. and don't try to tell me I need snow tires neither. those are for wussies. why i remember driving my '68 back from a day at the track with racing slicks thru 6 feet of snow in the middle of the worst snowstorm/freezing rain the eastern seaborad has ever seen, and I was passing FWD, ricer pieces of $h! like they were standing still. in fact, i rolled down the passenger window just so I could spit at them as I drove past them..............................
20. where is his trusty sidekick mini-BM, aka "The Shelf" It seems "The Shelf" is rather aloof. However, there are some photos of mini-BM, or at least partial photos of him............... http://www.freshpair.com/Hugo-Boss-Athleti...BM%20U%20A.html
21. how about we just call you a taxi.
22. that was Buickman?? I thought that was Leonardo diCaprio. by the way, referring to GM as the Titanic, perhaps not the greatest metaphor. of course, if we implemented the Return to Greatness it would be Poseidon.
23. can the two of you take it to PM. or better yet, to Flint or Lou Patsy or really, anywhere but here.
24. good. then please take BM and go away.
25. tell ya what. you keep your cars and we'll keep our oil, wood, nickel, and other natural resources. oh, and by the way, you're gonna have to start sending that oil from Alaska via ship now.
