  1. I'll never understand the demand for integrated GPS, given that 3rd party models are much cheaper, offer a similar feature set, and can be upgraded easily. Then again, I guess it makes the cabin sorta look like it's out of something from Star Trek.
  2. Great for those of us who are unemployed!
  3. Yeah there's dairy, but I eat the refrigerated stuff in a jar, so I can't speak for the aerosol. It's great on buttered baked potatoes, with sour cream and salsa.
  4. Ding ding! We have a winner.

Penny Arcade is not funny, and anyone who thinks it is should be told otherwise.

I had a similar problem with a myspace clone where I made a profile, made a couple updates and forgot. Months later, I had someone make a call to my house asking if I was dead. It was pretty cool.

Agreed. He should be fired for this. If he doesn't know memes, he doesn't know internets.

    LOL!

  10. All that's missing is an Iranian Burt Reynolds 'Bandit' impersonator!
  11. I accidentally my computer
  12. How about a 2009 Chevrolet Impala LS, so on the drive home he can maybe see just how awesome his tenure was. Probably cheaper for GM than the 20 bucks and bus ticket, anyways.
  13. Is this the computer help thread? I need to know how to download the internet so I can take it with me. Also, I wanna email my friend a photograph but it won't go all the way into the slot at the front of my computer. =(
  14. I'm talking more in terms of program compatability. Netbooks may be mainly for browsing, but I'll bet plenty of people will try and install iTunes on it, and then bitch to people at Best Buy about how their computer's broken.
  15. Aveo Sucks Results 1 - 10 of about 27,000 for aveo+sucks. (0.06 seconds) Could be worth it.
  16. Some of those are really bad. I was a bit amused with the ones regarding the paint, and how people were telling the dude to go to a shop to get it done just so he can keep the low VIN. I think the last thing on my mind in a situation like that would be what order the car came out of the plant.
  17. Win 7 was actually designed with low power netbooks like mine in mind, and from what I've seen, it runs as well, or sometimes faster than XP on the same hardware. I doubt MS will stand still with this OS coming in the future, but at the same time, I doubt it'll feel too threatened because Google OS will run on Linux, which is not accessible to a lot of people for some obvious reasons.

  19. Can we get a few links to these problems? Glitches often occur in the first year of production anyways, and get ironed out afterwards. I haven't heard of anything widespread, but hopefully GM is taking notice.
  20. Metal covers of ABBA
  21. I was expecting to see oversized spoilers and 'truck nutz' to make it on here, but the list is pretty good. My aunt had a Chrysler that 'talked' and whenever people had to pile into it, she always made a point of leaving a door ajar just to show off the feature to everyone.
  22. Looks great. Can't wait to hear the driving impressions.
  23. Man that's a steep price. Maybe if it were a version of Metroid with all of Samus' clothing off in all her 8-bit glory, then it'd be drooled over, but I doubt even the biggest NinteNerd would fork out 17 grand for this.
  24. Always great to see some estrogen on the board! Sorry to hear about your career taking an abrupt turn.
