  2. Well, Vancouver had a Wal-Mart open just recently, in a warehouse that was vacated by Costco in the 'Commercial Drive' area. I actually think it's hilarious, because Wal-Mart had been hoping for a location, and their pitch had quite a few environmental perks, including a wind-generator, skylight-lighting, and a small parking lot, and it would have been built from the ground up. Council struck it down, and figured they beat the bad ol' corporation, until Wally pulled one right under their noses, and didn't have to spend a ton of money to 'green' themselves in their new digs.
  3. I'm still banking that economy will be in an 'L' for quite a while. I simply don't know how that debt incurred by the US will be managed, and it's gonna be one long slog. The worst thing though, is when I hear people go on about how they'll hope that in the future, things will be like they 'used to be,' which is odd, because that's what helped lead us to where we are.

    Weddings....

Congratulations! Awesome way to do it, too.
  5. Summer Madness - Kool and the Gang
  6. Looking sharp! Just add a few OEM alloys and you'll have one classy LH.
  7. That'd probably cost way more money to do. Plus, these things are more accurate than the human eye, anyways. My city has a bunch of these, but they also have signage in some places indicating that the camera's are in the area as well. I walk past a couple and it's always fun to catch the thing take a snapshot of some idiot running reds.
  8. I don't think it was so much losing enterprise profits as it was their previous foray into consumer-level dual socket boards was a disaster more-or-less. They had a special 'Skulltrail' board which used two Socket-771 CPU's, and the result was a hot-running, and inefficient product that tanked, and is essentially a punchline nowadays.
  9. As far as I know, it doesn't exist. You'll need to use Xeon's. For example: http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,677813/...kets-1366/News/

  11. That's not necessarily a bad thing.
  12. I'm a bit antsy about the 6.5 but if I needed to get rid of my truck, I'd easily buy that.
  13. AMD makes quad cores, some that are far superior to a Q6600. For example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16819103650 - one of the cheaper models. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...pk=phenom%20945 - hot There's one or two more that are much better than the Q6600 and it's successors, but they're a bit more expensive than the Q6600. Either of the ones above should get the job done, and saving you and your dad some money, too. As for the combo's I posted, I doubt they'll still be up, so you'd need to configure an entirely new system and look for different combos to save some change.
  14. But what if the owner of the Expedition didn't want to drive it anymore, and decided that a Fusion would be preferable? Although I don't think it makes economic sense to send a vehicle like that to the program where it instead could likely fetch a better dollar on the market. Of course one of the main motives is to get people to trade in their unnecessarily large gas guzzlers; I don't think that was ever concealed from people - in fact, I'm under the impression that's one of its missions.

    Alcohol!!!

I'd have to agree, given that I don't really drink and I've often gone home early because I feel like a total buzzkill to those that are. It gets kinda upsetting.
  16. This fixed yet?
  17. Agreed. Plus, with many people kicking tires on the internet and narrowing choices based on websites and online 'show-rooms', communicating with customers is more important than ever, be it a quick reply to an email, or a call-back.
  18. Happy Birthday, Gentlemen!
  19. Tears of Sahara - Tony MacAlpine
  20. Walking to school, I was passed by an old Chevrolet Astro rocking a fart can that could be heard three blocks away.
  21. I don't eat at Mickey Dee's often, but I do enjoy my Quarter Pounder with Cheese and large fries.
  22. In my situation, neither would've been preferable as fruit punch is incredibly sticky and I'd assume 7-UP would burn like hell.
  23. I had a really bad experience with a Bidet.
